The whole house is extremely light and inviting . Ideally located , 6 minutes drive to Starbucks, target, Ross, TJ Max, Publix , movie theatre, dog parks and lots of restaurants. Near by golf course and 20 minutes drive to the most gorgeous Flagler beach full of bars and restaurants or 22 minutes drive to Ormond by the sea which is a quieter beach, 25 minutes drive to the famous Daytona beach, 1 hour , 30 minutes to Orlando Disney World, St Augustine only 50 minutes drive away. Feel free to use our beach chairs, umbrella, ice box to take with you for beach days. 3 bicycles in the garage to go on the nearby bike trails. Pool and beach towels supplied. Our vacation home is located on a quiet residential street in the Cypress Knoll neighborhood where you'll find a Gary Player designed golf course at the Cypress Knoll Golf & Country Club. This home blends modern conveniences with a relaxing vibe. Our spacious open-concept home is filled with artistic touches. It has a master ensuite, split bedroom plan with the common living space in the middle, lending itself to relaxation and cozy get togethers. Make a lovely meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen w/large kitchen island, granite countertops, breakfast nook, dining room and great room (all part of the open-concept common area). The house has a brand new swimming pool and a children's fountain with colorful lights. There is a lot of space to relax by the pool. There is a couch in the corner by the pool where you can relax, lie down on the sun loungers and read a book on the swing chair. There is a large table with 6 chairs under the roof, so you can be there even in the rain. Inside the house there is a living room and a large kitchen where you can make yourself a drink, coffee or dinner. The kitchen has a large island with 5 chairs, but extra chairs can be added. There is also high chair in the garage if needed. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a double bed with a 50 inch TV and walk=in closet. The third bedroom has a full bed with a closet. There is a HYPERBOOM in the living room that you can listen to at home or outside by the pool with your favorite music. There is a high chair in the garage and pack n play. In the garage you will find everything you need for the beach, a cooler, sun chairs, toys and more. You can also find 3 bikes with helmets so that you can explore the bike trails around the Palm Coast. A small, quiet Palm Coast town that is located close to beautiful beaches. From the house you have 15 minutes to Flagler Beach and 25 minutes to Matanzas Beach. Two different beaches and definitely worth seeing both. There are many attractions and restaurants on the beach. From Palm Coast to Orlando you have an hour and a half drive where you can visit all the Disney parks. You are only 30 minutes to Daytona Speedway, An hour away from the Kennedy Space Center, and to visit the oldest city in America, St. Augustine only 35 minutes.
