The basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed… The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. 💫 But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family.

The location , hotel , spa and hotel are all excellent. The hotel is possibly a four star and the villas are 5* the only gripe was the check in. Wow that was a painful experience. Arrive an hour early to ensure you don’t waste time stood waiting for very slow and incompetent staff. The shop at the hotel is expensive , see photos for October 2024 prices.

В целом это хороший отель! Свеженький ремонт, чисто, красиво. Уборка каждый день. По еде: на ужинах было нормальное разнообразие, а вот на завтраках скудновато, почти повторялись. По номеру: идея с полупрозрачными и не закрывающимися дверьми в душ и туалет очень не удачная. Не помыться, не в туалет сходить спокойно. Наличие балкона плюс. Еще в отеле всегда было очень холодно, кондеи сильно дули, покушать ходили в кофтах)) При заезде мы оплатили какой-то конский налог - 27 евро. Впервые вижу такой туристический налог в 10% от суммы.

Franchement j’ai aimé cet hôtel , je le conseil fortement, très bon accueil, le service parfait , les chambres très propre . Si vous cherchez la tranquillité, dormir en toute sérénité , et profiter des vacances avec votre famille , je vous recommande Delta hôtel 😊😊😊

Ich wurde bei meiner Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen – eine Renovierung oder zumindest der Austausch einzelner Möbelstücke wäre wünschenswert. Die Stromversorgung funktionierte erst nach ein paar Versuchen zuverlässig. Die Abend- und Morgenmahlzeiten konnte ich leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen, aber am Morgen wurden mir freundlicherweise Alternativen angeboten. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzial

Best location close to best beach, good food ,good reception staff ,good communication, Cleaning just okay, no kettle, no iron, no welcome water should be provided because after travel area is not familiar and also stores not opened

Die Lage war eigentlich perfekt, die bushaltestelle war zu fuss nur paar minuten erreichbar und vor allem direkt am strand. das zimmer war gross genug und das bad ebenso. nur was mich genervt hat war die dusche. am fensterrahmen volk mit ekligen schummel und die badewanne sah überhaupt nicht sauber aus, als ob man sich baden kann. die personal würde ich neutral bewerten. für die leute, die beim schlafen sehr sensibles ohren haben, ist dieses hotel überhaupt nicht geeignet, denn durch die tür hört man sehr viel und die tür knallt laut.

돈을 위해 좋은 가치 인 것 같았습니다. 당신은 일반적인 청결, 해변과의 상대적 근접성, 적절한 음식 선택, 좋은 직원을 가지고 있습니다. 옥상 바에서 환상적인 전망. 해변에서 호텔로 돌아가는 길은 계단이 포함되어 있어 모든 사람에게 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 음식은 맛있고 알코올 허용량(점심과 저녁 식사에 와인 또는 맥주 3잔)이면 충분합니다. 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

J’ai voyagé solo donc on m’a donné une chambre solo pour 4 nuits. La plage S’Arenal est très proche de l’hôtel, on a pour 7 minutes à pieds sinon la Playa de Palma à 45 minutes à pieds ou sinon vous avez le bus A2 direction l’aéroport qui vous y emmène. C’est bien desservi. En ce qui concerne l’hôtel, il ne fait pas s’attendre à du luxe mais pour le prix que c’est, cela reste raisonnable. Par contre les murs… sont très fins, on entend les guests d’à côté malheureusement. C’est le seul point négatif sinon nous avons accès à tous.( voyez avec la réception) Le coin est spécifiquement pour les fêtards, pas mal d’allemand, de restaurants ou ça parle allemand.
