'The first night of our stay was wonderful, until went down for the breakfast and the pancake machine did not work, is sprayed pancake mix all over the counter, and the remaining selection for the continental breakfast was VERY limited, the second night att about 1230 am a very large and loud group of guests entered the hotel, they were yelling and hollering and slamming door until 420 AM so needless to say no sleep that night, called desk staff at 1240 when it started and they said they would rectify the situation. Well that never happened!!! When I confronted the dssk staff about the issue in the morning, they said it was a large group of guests and there was nothing they could do about it. I said thatbis not right, there were many things they could have done of they chose to do what was required. They said they would have the manager call us and work out a compromise for the night that we endured. 5 days later and still no call!!! We have stayed here before and came back because it was a nice place, but the lack of concern for a dissatisfied customer has made me question any further stays at the Ramad chain of hotels.
