Good facilities, easy access to mall, easy parking, food is good

Very poor hotel experience. No water due to water supply has been cut off by authority, broken TV and phone no line even intercom. Furthermore, I am curious whether the hotel had CF or not because they extend the third floor. The staircase is too steep. I booked with windows but it is actually not a room window but a small ventilation window. Feel like I ve been scam by this hotel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Booked but did not stay for this hotel. Due to this hotel check- in is before 10pm. No more receptionists at the counter after 10pm. If you want to stay at the hotel you need to call n reverse the key. So my family is at midnight at 1am There is no place to stay. Is stupid am I not reading the term and condition.

The room is too small than I expected. It literally just a bed and bathroom and nothing else

The hotel is clean and tidy. Suitable for one person stay. The location is convenient, beside hotel have coffee shop and cafe.

Nice hotel located at the center of Subang Jaya town. Great accessibility to restaurants and shopping malls.

I book family room with 2 bed, 1 bed was so smelly, bathroom very dirty. The receptionist staff very friendly. I will come again. Appreciate if the bath room cleaning upgrade. The shampoo stand very loose and will drop soon n broke. Complain with housekeeping staff but no action taken for the shampoo stand.

was given door lock faulty room, unable to use access card to access, need to use key to unlock the door, a lot hair on the bed, one secret is my room power card able to unlock next door .. ;) so i decided check out and find another hotel.. is unsafety hotel.

I chose a Deluxe Family with window. Arrived at the hotel, my room was at 302. This hotel doeqsn't have an elevator so I had to climb up to my room for 4 nights. Upon arriving at my room saw that this room had a small window compare to what I paid for a full length window. Felt cheated. Next, we went out n came back but our key card is not working so we are locked out of our room and not able to go into our room. Tried to contact the front desk office. Checked and knew that their office time is from 10am - 6.30pm. Later then this times no one will be at the front desk. So we couldn't get in touch with them. By the way, we came back on the 1st night was 12am midnight. We had no place to rest except to rest on the lobby sofa. We rested on the sofa for 4 hours before we went back to sleep in our car until 7am. Wow! What an experience to sleep on the lobby sofa and in the car. When we told the front desk our experience, they immediately send their staff to check whether our room door is really not working properly. Yes! They checked and is true. They immediately changed us into a lower floor that 202 - 2nd floor. Next night, we came back from outside, someone nicely closed the connection door to the 2nd floor. What we did was bang the door hardly a few things hope that someone from 2nd floor room heard about this banging and came to open the connection door for us so that we can go back to 202 room. This room is way better than our previous room. It has a full length window. Room is brightly lighted up. Sorry no photos. Too caught up with the happenings forgotten to take photos.

It’s was last minute booking and i was pleased with the service and the room was cozy and neat. Affordable with the price as well. The hotel was nearby mall as well so got cafe to have some coffee talks with my friends.
