Cancelled our stay with them 2 days before by adding me to a WhatsApp group and shared my number with multiple people, data protection breach?? Offered an alternative address which looked like a glorified crack den in a back street. Amanda the owner/manager or what ever she calls herself will not answer any calls or messages. Did offer a refund eventually but I am still waiting for this!! Absolutely shocking customer service, has been reported to booking. com and will be taking the data breach further, avoid at all costs!!
