City Hotel Söder

이 호텔은 전반적으로 나쁘지 않고 방은 비교적 작지만 지하철 입구와 매우 가깝고 여행이 매우 편리하고 비용 효율적이며 프런트 데스크 서비스가 매우 좋으며 주인은 Batie이며 그는 문제가 있는 경우 항상 기꺼이 도와드립니다.

시트가 그다지 깨끗하지 않고 지하철과 가깝고 아주 멋진 공원과 가깝다는 점을 제외하면 모든 것이 완벽했습니다.

The room was sad. There were red stains on the curtains and shower curtains. The shower and the shelf in the bathroom were broken and the floor was not clean. There was nothing extra in the room, just a bottle of soap. But the worst thing was when two men entered the room with their own keys after I had checked in. They apologized and said they were moving furniture, but it didn't make me feel safe at all. I wanted to leave but I was too exhausted to look for other hotels. The breakfast was also sad: I was wondering how old the food was. The orange juice was spoiled and the coffee machine was pouring extra water into the mug. By the way, there are two names for the same hotel: Classic hotel Stockholm and Hotel Söder. Confusing, eh?

Horrible place! Went to the hotel with my grandmother for one night and the beds were dirty, and we both got bed bug bites or dust mites rashes the day after the stay. When I contacted costumer service this is how they treated me! Very bad costumer service and that is no polite way to speak to someone!
