It was a memorable time for us traveling from US as family of four with two kids age 7 and 11. First striking thing was everything was included in the all inclusive price. There were no hidden charges or extra fees for things like ala carte reservations. There were plenty of activities for the kids to keep them occupied. Ice creams and desserts were available all the time. Only downside for us was that we are vegetarians and food options are very limited as Greece goes heavy on meat.

Stay was good but I indicated 2A2C and this was not provided and we had to pay additional for 2 children and the price to pay at the hotel counter was at open rate and not at the child rate indicated in your email confirmation.

Amazing stuff and crew. Everyone is so friendly and has such a high service awarness. The hotel is beautiful, calm, great location in Malia! Thank you.

We got upgraded to shared pool family room. Buffet options were good. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

We have just had the most incredible days staying at Esperides Resort. From the moment we arrived, all staff were outstanding. My girlfriend and I stayed in a room with a private jetted tub which was well worth the upgrade. We will remember our few days at this hotel for a long time and would love to come back in the future.

A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.

훌륭한 리조트 호텔이지만 우리에게는 너무 바쁘거나 대중적입니다. 음식의 품질이 더 좋을 수 있으며 때로는 뷔페에서 작은 말이 있어 길을 걷게 만듭니다. 욕실은 매일 청소되었고 욕실 바닥은 노를 저지 않았으며 수영장에서 음악이 들렸습니다.

호텔에서 더 기다리고 있었는데... 사진이 호텔이 제공하는 것을 정확히 보여주지 않는 것 같아요... 특히 수영장... 나와 내 남자 친구는 매우 나쁜 상황이었습니다. 우리는 산토리니에서 여행을 갔고 페리 보트는 돌아오는 길에 늦었습니다. 우리 가이드는 호텔에 전화를 걸어 우리를 위해 늦은 저녁 식사를 요청했고 호텔은 그들이 제공 할 것이라고 말했습니다. 우리가 호텔에 도착했을 때 우리는 그들이 우리 음식을 방 문 근처에 바닥에 놓는 것을 보았습니다. 나는 실수를 저질렀다 (나는 가정한다) ”내 방을 구성하다”라고 말하는 것을 놀고 싶었지만 잘못된 쪽을 선택하고 거기에 ”방해하지 마십시오”라고 넣었습니다. 그러나 우리 가이드가 우리가 산토리니에 있다고 호텔에 전화하면 물론 냉장고에 음식을 넣거나 바에 보관하기 위해 방에 들어갈 수 있습니다. 나는 내려 가서 리셉션의 남자와 이야기했고 내가 여기에 첨부 한 사진을 보여주었습니다. 그는 문에 ”방해하지 마십시오”를 넣는 것이 나의 실수라고 대답했고 그는 우리를 위해 아무것도 할 수 없었습니다. 우리는 그 음식을 먹어야합니다. 바닥에있는 😱😡. 이것에 대한 변명은 없습니다. 내가 매니저와 이야기 한 다음날 그녀는 사과하고 점심 바우처를주었습니다. 죄송했지만 이 상황을 절대 잊지 못할 것입니다...

Het resort is wat verouderd en dat zie je. Ook in onze kamer had de airco wat kuren en maakte deze een hoog hard geluid. Omdat wij laat aankwamen konden ze het niet direct verhelpen. De volgende dag kregen wij een upgrade van onze 2 persoonskamer naar een familyroom met prive-zwembad! Topservice! Het eten was prima maar niet super fantastisch. De medewerkers zijn wel erg vriendelijk. Een echt verbeterpunt: de muziek staat soms erg hard bij het zwembad, niet heel relaxed als je voor je rust komt. Al met al hebben wij zeker wel een fijn verblijf gehad! Verwacht geen superdeluxe, maar daar is de prijs ook naar.

We stayed at the Annabelle for 4 nights. The hotel was clean, the service extremely friendly. Bar staff especially, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, lots of fresh fruits and salads, perfect for the hot weather.
