"We had the most amazing week.The hotel was immaculate throughout and the private pool was absolutely incredible — perfect for relaxing in peace. Room large and spotless! Maria and George, the owners, were incredibly welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home straight away. The bar staff were also fantastic — so friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Food available to order and always cooked fresh,delicious. The whole area is peaceful and quiet, but still really convenient with shops and restaurants both down the hill and up the hill nearby. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely love to come back again. Maria and George were waiting ages for us to be picked up to see us off home. They only went for second to do something and missed us ( the bar staff waved us off 🥰) Maria rang us! Whilst we was on the bus home to say sorry they missed us go! Beautiful people. "We stayed at Heliotrope Apartments in July 2025 and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The accommodation was extremely dirty – cockroaches were present in several areas of the apartment. Despite an immediate complaint on site, nothing was done, neither cleaning nor a room change. The staff showed absolutely no interest. The incident was also reported multiple times via the booking platform Agoda, including photographic evidence. Nevertheless, we were only offered a very small compensation, which in no way reflects reality. The apartment was unacceptable in this condition, and the provider's response was disappointing. I cannot recommend this accommodation and strongly advise caution when booking it."

"Absolutely 💯 we can’t fault it, we arrived close on 9pm as we was staying half board the lovely manageress still made sure we had a three course meal cooked by the great chefs who served the most mouth watering meals throughout our 7 night stay…. I just wished I could take her home with us 🤣 As it was our 20th wedding anniversary we had complimentary bottle of champagne in our room, what a lovely surprise, The staff worked extremely hard and enjoyed many chats with the guests, having a laugh and making you feel homely and welcome, to say renaming my husband the English Cypriot 🤭 Honestly a memorable holiday, laid back, great views, excellent accommodation couldn’t ask for more! Looking forward returning!"

"We arrived at Stella Palace after having to stay in Crete for two weeks. The place is charming and perfectly located—right next to the beach and promenade. It’s clean and well-maintained, the room is spacious and includes a balcony and a kitchenette. And of course, Stella herself was wonderful and became a friend. She gave us great tips for trips in the area and was happy to accommodate any request. Simply an amazing and enjoyable place that offers excellent value for money."

"This was our 5th stay at this hotel, which says it all really! It’s a lovely, well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. Very friendly staff too. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, and I particularly loved the Greek yoghurt each morning. Lunches are generous and freshly prepared too. Definitely try the salads, they are excellent. The pool area is clean and well looked after, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The music around the pool can be quite loud at times, but that’s a matter of personal preference. There are also some beautiful beaches nearby if you fancy a change of scenery. The location is perfect, with restaurants, bars and beaches all within walking distance, and it’s only a short taxi ride to the Old Town. A couple of minor points: the rooms can be quite dark, don’t have a full-length mirror, and the hairdryers aren’t particularly powerful, so you may want to bring your own. I always take a travel mirror too. The hotel provides basic shower gel, and there’s a fridge in the room which is handy for keeping drinks cold. Overall, another wonderful stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again."

"Had a totally relaxing week at this hotel for our honeymoon. It was the first time we had stayed at Noble suites , but we have already re-booked for next year. Firstly the staff are amazing every single one , I would put names into this review but I think that would be a disservice to the staff members we didn't have as much interaction with, from the cleaners to the bar and restaurant staff to the reception, they were all fantastic, if they have an employee of the month I have no idea how they manage to choose. We had a lovely room that was clean and c;leaned daily. The drinks menu is extensive and good. The food is varied (little deserts are amazing) Pool clean and the water is good temperature. we always managed to get a lounger by the main pool , but we up and about by 8:00 am, and after this they were in sparse supply although the deckchairs are very comfy. Can't wait to come back next and hopefully things will still be as wonderful"
