This custom-built home has 3BR 2.5Bath. It offers a back deck that backs right up to the intercoastal, providing a wonderful spot for morning coffee or dinnertime views. Located within walking distance to our favorite local coffee shop & restaurant, we are sure you will love our home as much as we do!All 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds & easy access to the hall bathroom. The third half bathroom is located downstairs in the living room area. Kitchen is fully stocked.The house is a 2-story home built on stilts so be aware you must be able to walk up and downstairs comfortably. All three bedrooms are on the second floor of the home.
