We stayed here to celebrate our son's birthday, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! The accommodation was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for a special celebration. The room was huge and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. The service was truly exceptional—attentive, thoughtful, and beyond our expectations. If you're looking for a place with ample space, spotless rooms, and outstanding service, this is the place to be. We’re so glad we chose this accommodation for such a special occasion and would highly recommend it to others!

My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. We drove ! So it’s really great stay and service was excellent providing very detail explanation and offers any help when ask ! It was really a pleasant stay and the feel of outside the busy area and white snow everywhere was great ! Spa in open snow was really great as well ! Deserve its rating. Do note it will not as convenient if you are not driving.

Perfect experience for a group of friend, they have great service in terms of check in and inquiry about anything nearby, Onsen, food, transport etc. The resort/house is equip with whatever we need, and with spacious bathroom, amenities. It’s only 5 mins away from the main skii and snowboard area. They have arranged transport for free transfer, although it will be even better if you have a car, carpark provided.

최근 니세코 여행 중에 INTUITION NISEKO에 묵을 기회가 있었는데, 정말 강력 추천합니다! 아름다운 건축물과 숨 막힐 듯 아름다운 주변 경관을 자랑하는 이 호텔은 정말 아름다웠습니다. 도착하는 순간부터 서비스가 정말 최고였습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 세심했으며, 제가 완벽한 숙박을 할 수 있도록 최선을 다해주었습니다. 짐을 옮기는 것부터 객실 내 편의시설 이용까지, 모든 면에서 정말 소중하게 여겨지는 느낌을 받았습니다. 숙소는 넓고 깨끗했으며, 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 특히 소파는 제 집에도 같은 소파를 사고 싶다고 브랜드 이름을 물어볼 정도였습니다. 정보를 제공해 준 Dorothy에게 정말 감사드립니다! 게다가 창밖으로 펼쳐지는 고요한 설경을 바라보며 눈을 뜨는 것도 정말 즐거웠습니다! 니세코에서 멋진 숙소를 찾고 있다면 INTUITION이 최고의 선택입니다. 꼭 다시 가고 싶어요!

Hinzan은 Niseko에서의 스키 휴가를 위해 훌륭했습니다! 위치는 매우 중심적이지만 리프트와 히라후 주변으로 데려다 줄 셔틀도 있으므로 장비를 가지고 걸을 필요가 없습니다. 로비에는 스키 사물함과 부츠 워머가 있는 방이 있었습니다. 객실 내 세탁기/건조기도 매우 편리했습니다. 프론트 데스크 시간은 제한적이었지만 직원들이 체크인 및 체크아웃을 위해 늦게/일찍 올 수 있도록 준비하는 데 매우 유연했습니다. 모든 직원은 훌륭했습니다. 우리가 좋은 숙박을 할 수 있도록 최선을 다했습니다! 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다!

Stayed at the lower ground hotel room. Very convenient as it’s on the same floor as the ski locker but somehow there’s a smell of the boots on the whole floor. We have an upstairs room which doesn’t have this problem so I would suggest book the upstairs room
