The room was generous with 2 x double beds for just two people. Nice lookout (except for construction on left of room on the balcony. Beds were comfy and many pillows provided. Fridge and desk and closet good except for awful marks and damage. Shower was nice except for unsightly corrosion and black mould in between tiles. Generally cleaned and air con was left on for our arrival. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS! Maintenance seems to be not on the hotel's agenda in the rooms. Chipping on desk and deterioration on bedside table. Carpet had multiple off-putting marks and there was corrosion on the balcony and shower. Bug spray provided which gives one reason to suspect there are problems there. Lift was filthy. Overall this was disgusting Out front of the hotel one very large water feature pool was in horrid disarray and deterioration. All this shows that management is not concerned, uncaring and negligent. They are not worried about guests' impressions. Frankly, For spending $185 for such a room we felt taken advantage of. This is a resort in a high profile area supposedly.
