Trails offer visitors the opportunity to see many species of wildlife including deer, fox, herons, egrets and hawks, along with the beauty of the natural plant communities.House Rules & Additional Notes: 🚘 4 vehicles max, 2 normal size vehicles can fit comfortably in the driveway and 4 is a snug fit, we highly encourage car pooling if you have a larger group. Street parking is available, please follow city ordinance on parking if using the public street📩 ID matching person booking will need to be provided within 48 hours of confirmed reservation, along with a short rental contract. Please note, must be over 25 to book📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood 🌷🌸 We have air fresheners on every level of home. Guests are welcome to unplug them🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required🌞❄️ Garage does not have heating or AC. ☺ We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
