The charm of this home is captured in the full restoration using both time period accents and up to date modern amenities. Reclaimed wood flooring and exposed original rock walls recreate the atmosphere of a quieter and simpler time. Who doesn't love a retro (but brand new) fridge and stove? Cook anything you like or go out to dinner. It's easy with choices all around. Fresh eggs, jam, fruits, and nuts are for your enjoyment when available from our hobby farm. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and are beautifully decorated. Smart TV's are in both bedrooms as well as in the living room. High speed internet is available of course! Queen Sofa couch in the living room adds another bed option for more people to stay. A pack-n-play is also available for babies. Enjoy a private front porch and front yard area. We are located close to Zion National Park (20 minutes), Sand Hallow Reservoir (10 minutes), Jem Trail for mountain biking (10 minutes). Kolob Reservoir is a beautiful drive just under an hour away. ATV trails are endless in the area, and many more outdoor activities. Plenty of off-street parking available for vehicles. (Please let us know if you need more than 2 parking spaces.) Play all day and relax here in the quiet town of La Verkin. Davis Foods grocery store, River Rock Roasting Co., and Stagecoach Grill are right in town.
