place was nice, enough for a couple days, met a few people there they were nice, the customer service was good. fairly clean and near stores and bus stationns

Generally a good experience. The location is excellent, with tourist attractions and the train station within walking distance, but still on a quiet side street. Wifi and air con are strong. Breakfast was good. Unlimited (hot and cold) water is provided, but no electric kettles in the room. Housekeeping is an area for improvement: could be more thorough with removing trash, replacing towels, etc.

Great spot for anyone looking for a balance of price and quality. The room is clean, spacious, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay and remote work. The grounds are well-maintained, the pool is pristine, and the staff is super welcoming. An absolute hidden gem for the price, definitely recommend!

location is good, if you love walking, then you can walk to Malioboro.. and you may find lots of food (street food or restaurant such as Hokben and Richeese) nearby by walking. in front of hotel, you can easily find convenience store indomart or alfamart. but this hotel so strict (how come?!) you must check in after 2pm, i was arrive 1pm and they just offer to keep our luggage and we need to go somewhere, even we were checked out at 6am for morning train. hotel can provide box breakfast with simple meal such as fried rice/noodle with egg, a cup of fruit (watermelon & papaya) and a bottle of water. when entering the room, so many hairs on the floor, like it never been swept, but too tired to ask house keeping to clean and no more wait anymore (sorry forget to take a photo, you may see it under the desk and surrounding). hotel provide water dispenser, so you can easily take by jug in your room.

Kalya is a great hotel. Breakfast is cheap. Pool is good. Towel is 8/10

Kamarnya bersih. Kamar Mandi dan Toilet terpisah jadi bersih. Saluran pembuangan air mandi agak kecil jadi air mandi masih tergenang, tapi masih aman.
