리리뷰어During our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed.
The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable.
The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery.
If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

리리뷰어The owner and staff are welcoming. We are a large group of people who can and cannot speak Chinese. They took care of us when we arrived from the airport.
They were very accommodating and provided many attraction/dining suggestions.
The breakfast is simple and good. The main breakfast is noodles with varieties of toppings of your choice but if you don't like noodles, there's also congee and hardboiled eggs.
The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bidet toilet. They provided necessary amenities in the room with other additional amenities in the lobby.
Communication in Chinese is convenient for everyone but the owner/staff are ok with using translation app.

그러나 유일한 부정적인 경험과 가장 큰 단점은 샤워기의 불안정한 뜨거운 물이었습니다. 겨울에는 샤워기 중간에 뜨거운 물이 갑자기 차가워졌습니다. 주인이 신속하게 대응하고 수압 조정을 도왔지만 나중에 다시 온도가 불안정해져서 갑자기 극도로 뜨거워지고 거의 화상을 입었습니다. 앞으로 더욱 편안하게 머무를 수 있도록 개선될 수 있기를 바랍니다.

YYoo agWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming. They brought us to many beautiful places and spent time showing us around and even playing with us, which made our trip very special.
The hotel offers great value with a high standard. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
One of the most special things about this place is the onsen (hot spring). The water comes from a real natural hot spring, which makes the experience very authentic and relaxing.
We truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the owner and his wife. They even promised to come visit us in the future, which shows how genuine and friendly they are. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality stay with wonderful hosts and a real hot spring experience.

리리뷰어Beautiful outdoor private hotspring! Exceptional service from superhost, Susu! She and her team went out of the way to accommodate my family of 4 to make our stay at Tengchong memorable! On the last night, she brought us to the store after hearing that we had no time to shop. The next morning, she woke up before 6am to prepare and pack breakfast for us so that we could reach the train station early to avoid the traffic jam due to the Marathon event. The driver whom she had recommended, Mr Yang was also super responsible even if it meant having to work overtime! All the local food that he recommended and food made by Susu and team were genuinely delicious!

LLondonChrisI stayed in a suite of rooms facing South on the fourth floor in this hotel, which is a ten minute's walk from the bus station. Sofa and television in a separate living room, but it was cold, and had no heater. Comfortable chair in both the bedroom and living room. The bedroom did have a heater. The rooms had no view to speak of, as any view there may have been was blocked by tall trees.
Tengchong spans a few miles from north to south, and aside from the well known tourist spots, there is a pleasant park at the town's north end, with a lake and view of a former active volcano

SSwee Chee TeoWe booked two rooms. Upon checking in, we found that the toiletries were not complete. The bar soap, comb, toothbrush and shaving kit were missing in one of the rooms. The toilet paper was apparently not topped up and ran out in half a day. One of the towels smelled of cigarette smoke.
Room make-up service needs improvement as well. Although towels were replaced, the beds were not made. Used cups were also not replaced.
Breakfast was buffet-style on the first day. Coffee was not provided. The only beverages provided were milk and coffee berry tea. On the second day, the breakfast was given as a set, not buffet style, even though it was stated on Trip.com that the breakfast is buffet-style. Each of us received a bowl of rice noodles, a hard-boiled egg, a mantou, a piece of corn, a pack of biscuit and a glass of milk. I asked if peanuts can be given as part of the condiments for the rice noodles as there were peanuts on the first day. The response was that peanuts are only given for buffet-style breakfast.
