During our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery. If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

The owner and staff are welcoming. We are a large group of people who can and cannot speak Chinese. They took care of us when we arrived from the airport. They were very accommodating and provided many attraction/dining suggestions. The breakfast is simple and good. The main breakfast is noodles with varieties of toppings of your choice but if you don't like noodles, there's also congee and hardboiled eggs. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bidet toilet. They provided necessary amenities in the room with other additional amenities in the lobby. Communication in Chinese is convenient for everyone but the owner/staff are ok with using translation app.

酒店旁邊幾公里就是火山公園。距離北邊的景點相對於市區來説都很近。選擇在北邊景點遊玩的，可以選擇它落腳。 附近沒什麼吃的，衹能在酒店餐廳解決。價格和份量就.........建議優化一下。 一下訂單沒多久，就接到酒店致電，提前詢問是否需要接機服務和到達方式。效率真的太快了。 兩位管家小姐姐很好聊，還有可愛的小狗狗rua。 一、二樓有4間客房，三樓有3間客房，三樓其中一間是老闆自己住了。 所有進入房間的開門方式都是玻璃推拉門。必須要把窗簾拉上才有私隱。一、二樓通道都沒有房頂，如果下雨天氣真的很不便。公區鋪的都是瓷磚地面，感覺不怎麼防滑。離店那天就是下雨，每一步都小心翼翼的。 有電梯這點很好，但沒有樓梯上下樓。門口的台階對於大件行李很不友好。雖然有員工幫忙搬運行李，但其實門前外圍那些位置可以做斜坡區域推行李上下的。 房間的一次性日用品都提供齊全，偏偏沒有一次性拖鞋。 早餐時間定在8:30-9:30，如果早出發去景點遊玩或者是離店的，就沒早餐吃啦？！ 這邊方圓幾裏都沒什麼吃的。 廁所門後撞到那牆面建議安裝防撞條，聽着隔離的廁所門一直撞着響，而且也保護一下你家的門。

暑假來騰沖玩兒了幾天 攜程上發現了這家新開的店 位置很方便 在和順圖書館不遠 雖然有巷道 但是很幽靜 適合我這種睡眠淺的人 客棧衞生被漂亮的老闆娘維護得很乾凈 還有幾衹可愛的小貓咪 早餐也很好吃 個人比較推薦哦

아름다운 야외 개인 온천! 슈퍼호스트 Susu의 탁월한 서비스! 그녀와 그녀의 팀은 Tengchong에서의 체류를 기억에 남게 만들기 위해 4인 가족을 수용하기 위해 나섰습니다! 어젯밤에 그녀는 우리가 쇼핑할 시간이 없다는 소식을 듣고 우리를 가게로 데려갔습니다. 다음날 아침, 그녀는 마라톤 행사로 인한 교통 체증을 피하기 위해 일찍 기차역에 도착할 수 있도록 아침 식사를 준비하고 포장하기 위해 오전 6시 이전에 일어났습니다. 그녀가 추천 한 운전자, Mr Yang은 초과 근무를 의미하더라도 매우 책임이있었습니다! 그가 추천 한 모든 현지 음식과 Susu와 팀이 만든 음식은 정말 맛있었습니다!

The homestay was clean and comfortable, exactly as expected and consistent with the photos shown. The owner recommended local restaurants that are popular with residents, and the food was excellent. A special thumbs-up to the owner for helping us book a hot spring package at a discounted price—it was great value for money. We also received a small farewell gift when we checked out, which was a nice touch. However, the only negative experience—and the biggest drawback—was the unstable hot water in the shower. In winter, the hot water suddenly turned cold halfway through a shower. Although the owner responded promptly and helped adjust the water pressure, the temperature later became unstable again, suddenly turning extremely hot and almost scalding. We hope this can be improved in the future to make the stay even more comfortable.

超讚的寶藏客棧，強烈推薦！ 這次旅行選的這家客棧真的太驚喜了，必須來好好誇一誇！ 首先誇誇房間，整體裝修簡約又温馨，完全沒有廉價感✨。空間寬敞明亮，採光特別好，黃黑撞色的休閑椅、乾淨整潔的床品，還有貼心準備的礦泉水、茶具，細節感拉滿。家電設施也很齊全，空調、電視、WiFi都很給力，住起來特別舒服，完全就是家的感覺。 最讓我心動的是樓頂的露台🌿！視野絕了，能遠眺青山，俯瞰小城街巷，擺着的綠植也讓整個空間充滿生機。傍晚坐在露台吹吹風，看看雲捲雲舒，氛圍感直接拉滿，不管是拍照還是放空都超合適。 客棧的位置也很方便，周邊出行、吃飯都很便利，鬧中取靜，完全不會被打擾。整體體驗感滿分，性價比超高，下次來還會選這裏，也已經推薦給身邊的朋友啦！

저희는 방 두 개를 예약했습니다. 체크인 후, 세면도구가 제대로 갖춰져 있지 않았습니다. 한 방에는 비누, 빗, 칫솔, 면도 세트가 없었습니다. 화장지는 제대로 채워져 있지 않아 반나절 만에 다 떨어졌습니다. 수건 한 장에서는 담배 냄새가 났습니다. 객실 정리 서비스도 개선이 필요합니다. 수건은 교체되었지만 침대 정리는 되어 있지 않았고, 사용한 컵도 채워주지 않았습니다. 첫날 아침 식사는 뷔페식이었습니다. 커피는 제공되지 않았고, 우유와 커피베리 티만 있었습니다. 둘째 날 아침 식사는 뷔페식이 아닌 세트 메뉴로 제공되었습니다. 트립닷컴에는 뷔페식이라고 명시되어 있었는데 말이죠. 각자에게 쌀국수 한 그릇, 삶은 달걀 하나, 만두 하나, 옥수수 한 알, 비스킷 한 봉지, 우유 한 잔이 제공되었습니다. 첫날에는 땅콩이 제공되었는데, 둘째 날에는 쌀국수에 땅콩을 곁들여 달라고 요청했습니다. 답변은 땅콩은 뷔페식 아침 식사에만 제공된다는 것이었습니다.

허순에서 이틀 묵었는데, 게스트하우스 세 가지 객실 유형 중에서 이 객실이 최고였어요. 방은 햇살 가득한 향기로 채워져 있었고, 멀리 보이는 산, 들판, 연못이 한눈에 들어와 마음이 저절로 행복해졌습니다. 사장님이 정말 세심하게 신경 써주셔서 마유 세트가 비치되어 있었는데, 정말 좋았습니다! 따뜻한 환대에 감사드리며, 다음에도 꼭 다시 와서 이 객실에 묵을게요.
