Adorable and only 50 steps to awesome Longboat beach directly across the street is the beach access. This is a very private part of Longboat and often you will not see a soul. I was visiting in the height of season and only saw a handful of people. If it is privacy you want you got it. It is all brand new with a Queen bed and sleeper sofa for sleeping arrangements. It has all new appliances with a dishwasher too.Beautiful and a great escape! Beach directly across the street about 50 steps. You can hear and see the Gulf from your unit. Everyone falls in love with my unit.A large shopping plaza, Avenue of the Flowers, is behind the complex, offering a large grocery store, wine and liquor store, drug store, video rentals, specialty shops, and restaurants. High quality Municipal Tennis Courts are one block away and a four-foot wide sidewalk extends for most of Longboat Key with seven to eight miles for jogging, rollerblading, walking, and biking, and walking your dog.
