I rarely say this on my reviews, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Minsu. When I come back to Quanzhou for another family holiday, I will book this place again. Firstly, the location: It is unbeatable. It is near enough to be in the midst of the action in Quanzhou (near the walking street, eateries, restaurants, shopping etc etc), yet very quiet for us to enjoy a good night’s rest, or a good conversation at night over tea. Second, the nice balance between an authentic cultural home and modernism. We had the entire Minsu to ourselves, 6 rooms in total. Renovated about 3-4 years ago, the Minsu gave us the experience of living in an authentic Chinese inn, yet the amenities were modern….comfortable beds, modern toilets, refrigerators available etc….The courtyards were also beautiful. The entire Minsu was tastefully done…..plus it was spotlessly clean. Thirdly, the owners. They were so friendly and helpful. They met us at the drop off point, and brought us to the Minsu when we checked in, helping to move some of our luggages (and they did the same thing when we checked out). They went out of their way to help purchase traditional puppet show (木偶) tickets (at a small discount somemore). After we checked out, my son left his hoodie in the room. The owners assisted to courier the jacket to the next city we were heading to (we were already in the train at that time). And lastly, every morning and every night, either Mr Du, his son or his daughter in law would invite us to join them for tea. They would then proceed to serve tea the traditional way, while having a conversation with us. They also taught us certain traditions, protocols and rules when serving tea. They have a cat called TangYuan (汤圆), in which the kids in the family enjoyed playing with. The only thing to note is that public transport (via taxis and buses) only can drop you off at a spot about 5min walk away. Also, they provide disposable towels, not the regular towels given at hotels. If it is an issue, just bring your own towels. Otherwise, this place deserves 5 out of 5 stars.

對比了幾家民宿最後選的這家，果然沒有讓我失望。民宿位置好到西街和鐘樓都方便；這個房型房間有兩個窗户，廁所也有窗户這樣透氣性比較好。入住三天期間正好我生日，店家還送了生日蛋糕和文創小禮物，真的很意外，看來老闆很用心，下次來我還會選擇這家。

The place is an old mansion that’s been turned into a hotel. It has very nice architecture, with beautiful sofas, chandeliers, and other furniture and decorations. Room/facilities: Our room had a bathroom, a bedroom and a living room with a dining table. So there was plenty space for hanging out. There’s an old grand piano that can be used by guests. The breakfast was okay. But at least you can have coffee in the hotel. There are balconies, a beautiful courtyard, and a rooftop, with many sofas, chairs, and tables, where you can relax. We were there in February, but I’m sure it’s a very nice place to relax in the spring and fall. Location: It’s close to old temples, and the walking street that has many restaurants, cafes, and shops to buy juice and snacks. There is a great duck restaurant close by. It was the best duck, a local specialty, that I’ve ever had. Service: The staff is very hospitable and helpful. They really make you feel at home. They even shared some local tea with us.

천주에 와서 너무 많은 곳에서 살았는데, 이것은 정말 나를 찌르게했습니다! 홈스테이는 Wudian시의 전통적인 명승지에 숨겨져 있습니다. 중화민국의 고대 고택입니다. 입구에 들어서자마자 옛 천주의 매력에 감싸였다. 내가 머물렀던 방은 깨끗하고 따뜻했습니다. 가장 즐거운 놀라움은 차 세트와 차가 집에 직접 준비되어 있고, 차인의 개인 찻집에 사는 것과 같은 벽 전체에 오래된 차 전시가 있다는 것입니다! 마당에 찻집도 있어요 사장님이 차를 정말 잘 아시는 분이십니다 수년간 차를 모으고 있습니다 실제로 1971년 Wuyi Rock Tea를 마셨습니다! 이곳에 사는 것은 천주 옛 차인의 집에 사는 것과 같습니다. 고대의 고요함, 오래된 차의 향기, 사장님의 열정은 이 광장 마당에 천주의 느림과 운율을 설치합니다. 다음에 천주에 오면 여기에서 살아요!

숙소는 조용한 지역의 3층 테라스 하우스에 있는 객실입니다. 그것은 꽤 중심적인 위치에 있지만 집까지 가려면 메인 스트리트에서 약 7분 정도 걸어야 합니다. 이 지역은 밤에도 걸어서 들어갈 수 있습니다. 메인 스트리트를 따라 많은 식품 가게가 있습니다. 거기에서 하얀 미니 버스를 탈 수도 있습니다. 우리 방은 2층(중국 3층)에 있었습니다. 우리가 거기에 있었을 때 그것은 꽤 추웠다. 온수 에어컨이 없습니다. 우리는 작은 히터를 받았습니다. 방은 따뜻하게 유지했지만 타일 바닥을 말릴 수 없었기 때문에 바닥이 욕실을 들락날락하는 우리로부터 지저분해졌습니다. 그렇지 않으면 장소는 매우 깨끗합니다. 세면 도구 및 슬리퍼가 제공됩니다. 최상층에는 세탁기가 있으며 무료로 사용할 수 있지만 건조기는 없습니다. 건조 구역이 창문이 닫힌 방으로 옷을 말리는 데 어려움이있었습니다. 샤워 공간과 화장실이 함께 있습니다. 사고 싶다면 손으로 옷을 씻을 수 있는 작은 방이 있습니다. 건조가 어렵기 때문에 조언하지 않을 것입니다. 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 개인 주택이기 때문에 화재 탈출구가 없습니다. 항상 거기에 있지 않기 때문에 도착 날짜 및 시간 전에 소유자에게 연락하여 알려야 합니다. 그는 친절하고 도움이됩니다.

B&B의 안뜰은 매우 편안합니다. 주인과 그의 아내는 매우 사려 깊고 열정적입니다. 그들은 우리가 이른 아침에 Luojia Temple에 갈 것이라는 것을 알고 우리를 위해 아침 식사를 준비했습니다. 위치는 찾기 쉽지 않습니다. 여주인의 안내에 따라 택시를 타고 BaiNaohui Xiaoju 전기 자동차 충전소로 가세요. 하차 후 여주인에게 연락하여 픽업을 요청하세요. 충전소 근처에 있으며 West Street까지 도보로 15분 거리입니다.

차량으로 여행하시는 분들을 위해 금연 객실과 주차장을 마련해 드렸습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었습니다. 리셉션 직원분께서 매우 친절하게 맞아주셨고, 여행 가이드까지 제공해 주셔서 정말 세심하게 배려해 주셨습니다. 도보로 몇 분 거리에 유명한 레스토랑들이 많이 있습니다.

Location is difficult to find, hidden in a alley, but once settled in, is a very central rooms is clean and spacious. Only downside is a very small toilet but manageable. Overall highly recommended to stay here. Food easily available. Electric trams stops at the front of the boutique

B&B의 위치는 교통이 편리하고 다양한 명소에 쉽게 접근할 수 있어 매우 유리합니다. 로비는 수하물 보관을 도와주며, 직원들은 매우 열정적이고 전문적입니다. 비앤비를 예약한 순간부터 체크아웃할 때까지 비앤비는 매우 따뜻하고 편안한 느낌을 줬고, 퇴근 후에도 편안하고 차분한 휴식 환경을 누릴 수 있었습니다. 객실은 매우 분위기 있고 깨끗하며 깔끔하며 은은한 향기가 있으며 매트리스는 매우 편안합니다. 이 가격으로 B&B 욕실에서 일본식 화장실 소독 스프레이와 아로마테라피를 본 것은 이번이 처음입니다 😮! B&B는 예술적인 분위기로 가득 차 있습니다. 옥상에서 East Tower와 West Tower를 바라보면 마치 한 발짝 떨어져 있는 듯한 느낌을 줍니다. B&B에는 푸젠성 남부 사람들에게 꼭 필요한 차 세트도 있습니다. 아침에는 차를 마시고 동서탑을 바라보며 인생에 대해 생각해보세요. 서쪽 거리의 저녁 바람 속에서 100년 된 시계탑을 바라보며 복건성 남부의 불꽃놀이를 경험하려면 항상 천주에 오세요🔥

推開吱呀作響的木門，就掉進了老泉州的慢時光裏。 院子保留了紅磚古厝的肌理，斑駁石牆爬滿綠意，傍晚在天井支起幕布看場露天電影，晚風裹着草木香，連時間都慢了下來。房間裏是温潤的木作與花磚，細節裏都是閩南煙火氣，老闆還會泡上一壺功夫茶，和你嘮嘮本地故事。 沒有過度商業化的喧囂，衹有古厝與小院的温柔治癒。下次來泉州，還想窩在這方天地裏，睡到自然醒，看雲捲雲舒
