I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, which made me feel comfortable and confident from the moment I arrived. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. As a vegetarian, I especially appreciated the thoughtful hospitality of the hostess. She went above and beyond by taking me on her scooter to the local market so I could get fresh baozi and soy milk for breakfast. It was such a kind gesture and gave me a chance to experience a bit of local life as well. The genuine care and warmth of the hosts made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation and exceptional hospitality.

The room is very nice, clean, and strategically located in the town - shops and restaurants all around, close to the pedestrian street. That's all great. The only issue (and it's a huge one) is that there's no staff on site. You need to call them upon arrival, which I did. Unfortunately, they just dropped my call and ignored me, leaving me standing at the entrance with no one coming. I actually had to contact Trip.com support to get them to reach the hotel so I could access my room. The lady who eventually came was very nice and friendly. Nevertheless, if I have to call the platform's customer service just to check in, that's a massive failure of the most basic service on the hotel's part.

Though a bit pricey, it worths the money considering the fantastic location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the breakfast - very basic (but acceptable considering once again its location). Was upgraded from a 观山房 to 观景房 😊

They offered a perfume making class run by the woman owner which our teenagers and adults found very interesting and fun. She was very knowledgeable and patient with them and accommodated us when we had to pause our work and come back to it. Highly recommend this place!

The hosts at the Taiji Inn were great, super helpful, friendly and honest. Rosie even did my washing at no charge as I was up and at it by 5.30am every morning to the Kung Fu Academy. The little court yard out front was a great place to hang with other guests.. The food was also good and very reasonable. Its worth mentioning the Hotel is on a train line so if you a light sleeper or don't live in a big city you might find it a little noisy. all in all its a great little hotel.

[ ] J’avais réservé une chambre dite deux personnes avec un lit superposé mais je me retrouve avec 5 lits dans la chambre (mensonge de la part de l’hôtel puisqu’il me le vendait comme une chambre avec seulement un lit superposé) [ ] Impossible de fermer à clé quand on sort, il n’y a pas plusieurs jeux de clé, ce qui signifie que tout le monde peut rentrer dedans [ ] Pas propre du tout : la chambre n’a même pas été nettoyée après le passage des derniers arrivant (bouteille d’eau vide et terre sous le lit, et j’ai trouvé un cafard qui se baladait dans la chambre...) [ ] Les draps sont sales [ ] Ce n’est même pas un matelas sur le lit mais un tas de couverture empilées. [ ] La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne ferme pas complètement, ce qui laisse un petit vis à vis avec l’immeuble d’en face.... [ ] Sur le site de l’hôtel il est écrit qu’ils aident à prendre les tickets pour la montagne mais ce n’est plus le cas (encore un mensonge de la part de l’hôtel) [ ] Alors qu’il était écrit que nous avions accès a une cuisine dans la chambre ce n’est pas du tout le cas. Donc pas de bouilloire non plus (encore un mensonge) [ ] Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est son emplacement : il se trouve à même pas 15 min à pied de Wudangshan. [ ] Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
