The spa hotel is very conveniently located. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you want to take advent of the pool, you need to go across the parking lot to their other hotel. Not very convenient. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

가족과 함께 3 박했습니다. 호텔 객실과 레스토랑 등도 매우 깨끗하고 쾌적하게 보낼 수있었습니다. 아이들이 놀 수있는 수영장도 있고 바다도 눈앞에 있기 때문에 입지도 최고였습니다.

The hotel is clean and has a touch of artistic feel. Staff are professional, they also provide water in the room and at the entrance. The pool and gym are functional. There's a museum opposite to the hotel and a big shopping mall nearby.

디즈니랜드와 디즈니 캘리포니아 어드벤처 여행 중 4박을 이곳에서 묵었는데, 정말 최고였습니다. 처음부터 끝까지 모든 것이 순조로웠습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 항상 친절하고 통찰력이 넘치며, 각자의 업무에 대한 전문가적인 태도를 보였습니다. 업무에 자부심을 갖고 있다는 것을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 호텔 자체도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 매일 무료 조식이 제공됩니다. 조식이 제 취향에 맞지는 않았지만, 개인의 취향 문제라는 것을 알고 있습니다. 저희 객실에는 전자레인지, 미니 냉장고, 심지어 욕조까지 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었습니다. 냉난방 시스템이 완벽하게 작동했고, 도시의 아름다운 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 마치 제 집처럼 편안했습니다. 지난 몇 년간 여러 호텔에 묵어 봤는데, 이 호텔은 단연 최고였습니다. 다음 방문에도 꼭 다시 방문할 것입니다.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

방 크기는 딱 적당했고, 위치도 좋았으며, 디즈니랜드까지 셔틀버스가 운행되었습니다. 아침 식사는 간단했는데, 계란은 없었지만 미니 버거를 주문할 수 있었습니다. 프런트 데스크에 미리 요청해야 하는데, 객실당 최대 4개까지 제공됩니다. 그렇지 않으면 마른 빵과 머핀만 나옵니다. 저는 미니 버거를 포장해서 디즈니랜드에 갔습니다. 방에는 전자레인지가 있었고, 샤워기 수압도 아주 좋았습니다. 디즈니랜드 근처에서 숙박하기에 가격 대비 만족스러운 곳이라고 생각합니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 체크아웃 당일에 주차가 허용되지 않았다는 것입니다. 주차하면 견인되어 마지막 날 40달러의 비용이 발생할 수 있다고 해서, 비용을 아끼려던 계획이 무산되었습니다.

디즈니랜드에 가실 계획이라면 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 차로 5분 정도면 공원에서 호텔로 돌아올 수 있어서, 오랜 시간 걸어다닌 후 쉬기에 아주 좋은 선택이에요. 체크인/체크아웃도 간편했습니다. 이번 여행에서 비슷한 등급의 호텔 세 곳을 방문했는데, 이곳의 아메리칸 조식은 가장 평범했어요. 디즈니랜드에 가실 예정이라면, 이 호텔에 조식이 포함되어 있음에도 불구하고 다른 식당에서 든든하게 아침 식사를 하는 것을 추천합니다. 결국 공원 안에서 더 비싸게 아침을 먹어야 했어요...

실망스러운 경험. 1. 호텔 주차장은 길 건너편에 있습니다. 주차 공간이 작고 더 큰 차는 주차하기가 어렵습니다. 2. 에어컨 장치는 바퀴에 휴대용 물건입니다. 바로 방에 있습니다. 매우 시끄럽고 밤새 켜고 끄십시오. 3. Windows 오픈 슬라이딩 - 너무 오래되거나 떨어져 가지 마십시오. 또한 화면이 없습니다. 4. 방은 내가 호텔에서 본 것 중 가장 작습니다. 5. 욕실 세면대 - 세면도구를 넣을 공간이 없는 독립형 세면대. 장점: 깨끗한. 해변 바로 근처의 훌륭한 위치. 옥상 바, 구내 레스토랑 및 길 건너편에 있는 훌륭한 멕시코 레스토랑. 친절한 서비스, 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 도움이되었습니다.

Very clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.

시설은 오래되었지만 라틴 아메리카의 웨이터는 매우 열성적이지만 특히 프론트 데스크의 소녀는 차를 잠그는 데 도움이되었고 그레이트 파크에 소개했습니다. 야외 수영장, 스파 및 편리한 주차가 있습니다. 호텔에 사는 것은 물론 괜찮지 만 비슷합니다.이 여관은 매우 편안하고 깨끗합니다.
