호텔은 해변 바로 옆에 있고, 선착장은 걸어서 5분 거리에 있습니다. 선착장 옆 작은 가게에서 지하강 국립공원 입장권과 보트 티켓을 구입할 수 있습니다. 투어에 참여할 필요 없이 티켓만 구입해서 오전 8시에 보트에 탑승하면 단체 투어보다 약 1,000페소 정도 저렴하게 즐길 수 있습니다. 호텔 수영장과 레스토랑은 매우 깨끗하고, 프런트 데스크와 룸서비스 직원들은 친절하고 따뜻합니다. 다음에 푸에르토 프린세사에 오게 되면 꼭 이 호텔을 다시 선택할 거예요. 푸에르토 프린세사에서 택시를 타면 약 3,500페소 정도 나오니 호텔 도어맨에게 문의하세요.

아스토리아에서 정말 멋진 경험을 했습니다. 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원들이 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 모든 직원이 미소로 맞이해 주었고, 궁금한 점이 있거나 길을 안내받을 때, 심지어 리조트에서 멋진 사진을 찍어주는 것까지 모두 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 아늑했습니다. 룸서비스를 주문하면 전자레인지와 식기류가 제공됩니다. 리조트는 훌륭한 편의시설을 갖추고 있어 숙박 기간 동안 즐길 수 있는 다양한 액티비티가 있어 지루할 틈이 없습니다. 매일 아침 기대되는 조식 뷔페도 빼놓을 수 없습니다. 맛있고 신선한 음식을 제공해 주며, 이동이 잦은 분들을 위해 빠르고 안정적인 와이파이도 제공됩니다. 평생 기억에 남을 만한 숙박이었고, 앞으로도 계속 추천하고 싶습니다.

We spent 5 nights at this lovely resort and overall had a really enjoyable stay. The location and service were excellent, and the breakfast spread was great too. There is also a complimentary shuttle bus to the town centre, with pick-up details available at the front desk, which was very convenient. The resort is perfectly nestled near many amenities such as restaurants, cafés, bars, spas, minimarts, a clinic, and of course the beautiful Lio Beach. We stayed in a sea-facing room, which unfortunately meant the room became sandy very quickly. Despite repeated mopping and housekeeping, the sand somehow still found its way everywhere — even onto the mattress and blankets. You could actually feel the sand while sleeping at times. One of us also fell sick on the third night and needed to see a doctor, although that may simply have been seasonal and unrelated to the resort. We still tried our best to keep the room clean and comfortable throughout the stay. As for the occasional blackouts, guests should be prepared for a sudden loud “boom” followed by complete silence before the electricity comes back on shortly after. Power usually returned very quickly, but it could be a little startling for light sleepers. When it rained, there were not many indoor entertainment options available. The resort only had a small selection of board games such as congkak, Jenga, and chess. That said, I truly want to compliment all the staff at Huni Lio. Every single staff member we encountered was patient, caring, warm, and genuinely helpful. Their smiles and hospitality really made a difference throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the island hopping activities. Just note that they mainly use the traditional bangka boats rather than speedboats, so the journey is slower-paced compared to private speedboat tours. Overall, Huni Lio provided a wonderful stay thanks to its excellent service, friendly staff, and ideal location.

코론 타운에서 좀 떨어져있는, 코론 숙소들 중에선 제법 큰 규모의 리조트입니다. 수영장이 깊이별로 여러개 있고 관리도 상시되는 듯 했습니다. 너비는 작지만 아래층엔 3미터풀도 있어서 프리다이빙하는 분들 놀기 좋습니다. 방이 널찍한건 좋으나 좀 오래된 곳이라 옛날 창문형 에어컨을 써서 소음이 좀 있고 샤워기 물이 시원찮게 졸졸졸 나옵니다. 수영장 바로 옆에 식당과 바가 있는데 베드에서 먹는건 10%차지가 붙으니 테이블에 앉아서 먹는게 좋습니다. 음식은 듣던대로 맛이 없습니다 화덕피자 맛없기 쉽지않은데 소스가 과해요. 걱정했던 인터넷은 와이파이 바우쳐 리셉션에서 받아 쓰니 아주 잘됐습니다. 타운과 거리가 좀 있기 때문에 투어위주로 하실 분들에게는 비추합니다 리조트가 넓고 예쁘니 휴양지 같고 좋긴한데 진짜 리조트 안에서 놀일이 없더라구요. 반대로 투어 말고 하루쯤 어디안나가는 휴양도 있다하시면 즐기기 괜찮은 리조트인듯 합니다

The staff operating the hotel were very accomodating and friendly. They gave good recommendations for places to go and what to do in the Island. The beds were quite comfortable. Originally, we booked twin beds but they offered to merge them together. We had the most restful sleep. Kudos!!

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

호텔은 시내에서 꽤 떨어져 있어서 위치가 그다지 편리하지는 않습니다. 그리고 혹시나 신경 쓰이시는 분들을 위해 근처에 묘지가 있다는 점도 알려드립니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 서비스는 정말 최고였습니다. 이번 숙박의 하이라이트였습니다. 스파도 훌륭했지만, 한 번에 두 명만 수용할 수 있어서 예약하기가 조금 까다로웠습니다. 호텔 주변에 벌레가 많았습니다. 지방에 위치해 있으니 놀랄 일은 아니지만, 규모가 작지 않아서 다른 분들은 주의하시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 리조트의 상당 부분이 리노베이션 중이라 대부분의 시설을 이용하지 못했습니다. 하지만 수영장은 매우 깨끗했고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 숙박이었지만, 다음에는 다른 리조트를 이용해 볼 것 같습니다.

이 호텔에서의 숙박은 정말 최고였습니다! 긴 여정 끝에 저희 이름을 미리 알고 있던 운전기사가 공항에서 픽업해 주어서 도착 절차가 훨씬 수월했습니다. 너무 일찍 도착했는데도 직원들이 매우 친절했고, 체크인을 기다리는 동안 호텔 내 시설을 이용할 수 있도록 배려해 주었습니다. 긴 여행 후 수영장에서 수영을 하는 것은 완벽한 휴식이었습니다. 아침 식사도 맛있었고, 직원들이 스쿠터 대여도 도와줘서 정말 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 정말 좋은 경험이었고, 꼭 다시 묵을 의향이 있습니다. 5/5점 만점에 5점입니다!

Overall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter. Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of. I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou! Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.
