호텔은 쾌적했고, 훌륭한 서비스와 잘 갖춰진 시설을 갖추고 있었습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔의 비즈니스 스타일 분위기가 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 조식은 풍성하고 독특했습니다. 떠날 때 매니저가 세심하게 인사를 건네고 맛있는 케이크를 대접하며 간단히 인사를 나누었습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

예약하자마자 서비스가 좋을 거라는 걸 알았고, 몇 시간 만에 환영 이메일을 받았는데, 필요할 경우 연락할 수 있는 방법이 적혀 있었습니다. 공항에서 픽업할 때, 그들은 빠르고 효율적이었고 교통 체증 때문에 택시를 타고 20분밖에 걸리지 않았습니다. 문을 열고 들어서자 실내 장식에 깜짝 놀랐는데, 그때서야 ​​호텔이 예전에 궁전이었다는 걸 알게 되었습니다! 복도에는 역사적 유물과 그림이 널려 있었고, 외부는 왕족의 느낌과 완벽하게 어울렸습니다. 우리는 큰 침대와 발코니가 있는 로열 스위트에 머물렀습니다. 직원들은 훌륭했고, 아침 식사는 비수기에는 표준 수준이었고, 타멜의 깊숙한 곳에 있지는 않았지만, 이 지역은 대부분 먹고 마시러 나가는 곳이고, 대부분 랜드마크에서 차로 30분 거리에 있었고, 대사관/사무실 근무자 지역이었기 때문에 분위기가 좋았습니다. 통제할 수 없는 것도 있었습니다. 2월의 날씨는 아직 쌀쌀하기 때문에 호텔은 난방을 잘 제공했습니다. 오염이 진짜였습니다. 특히 거리에 가까이 다가갈 때, 이것에 민감하다면 생각해야 할 것이 있습니다. 그 외에는 정말 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 리셉셔니스트인 니라즈 야다브와 팀, 진심으로 감사드립니다.

This is a brand new hotel, located around other nice hotels. The service at Dusit was excellent and the view of the valley from the 12th floor bar was fabulous. Rooms are large and nice and the breakfast is superb. I would like to especially point to the friendly and helpful service staff at the entrance, the check-in counter (especially Mr. Santosh), and at the bar (Mr. Sumit). Highly recommended!

비슷한 가격대에 다른 곳에서도 묵었는데, 단연 룸컨디션 좋았구요, 직원 응대도 좋습니다. 수영장 물이 따뜻해서 저녁에 하기 좋았구요, 사우나 시설은 한국과 비교해서 있다는데 의미를 두는 정도.. GYM은 이용한 친구가 괜찮은 편이라고 하고요.. 12층 조식먹다 11층 화장실가는데 요가강습하는데 사람들 많이 참여하고 있었어요. 깨끗한 호텔이 여행자거리 중심에 있어 좋습니다. 네팔 여행중에 예상치 않게 좋았던 곳은 박타푸르 골목 돌아다닌 시간이었습니다.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view — every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and genuine care in the best way possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return again soon!

The room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it. Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out. At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service! Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on. I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw! Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return. As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?

공항으로부터 30분 정도의 타멜 지구에 있습니다. 호텔 구내에 들어가려면 문번이 있는 **트를 지나옵니다. 아임 부킹이라고하면 문제없이 통과할 수 있습니다. 접수를 하게 하는 방에는 종업원이 안내해 줍니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 어메니티, Wi-Fi 완비, 콘센트도 2곳 있었습니다. 우연히 모르겠지만 냉장고가 없는 것이 유감이었습니다. 호텔에는 레스토랑, 바, 마사지, 이발소가있었습니다. 호텔 밖에는 레스토랑, 마사지, 식당, 기념품 가게, 술집이 있습니다. 또한 호텔을 나오면 택시가 기다리고 있기 때문에 언제든지 멀리 나갈 수 있습니다. 달바르 광장에는 걸어서 15분 정도이므로 거리를 즐기면서 가려면 추천합니다.

저희는 에베레스트산 주변을 하이킹하기 위해 매년 최소 한 번은 네팔에 옵니다. 촐라, 렌조, 콩마 세 고개는 71세의 나이에 배낭을 메고 오르는 데는 정말 힘든 코스입니다. 공항 바로 옆에 있는 블랙 다이아몬드 호텔에 묵는 건 항상 그 때문입니다. 테멜 쇼핑센터는 택시로 6km밖에 안 떨어져 있습니다. 2018년부터 이곳에 묵고 있습니다. 호텔은 다소 노후되었지만 레스토랑은 항상 좋았습니다. 30미터 거리에 두 곳의 커피숍이 있어 훌륭한 커피를 즐길 수 있습니다. 객실은 넓고 침대도 푹신해서 숙면을 취할 수 있습니다. 가격도 그렇게 비싸지 않습니다.

호텔 서비스는 매우 전문적이며 아침 식사는 풍부하며 프론트 데스크 서비스는 따뜻하고 사려 깊습니다. 물을 달라고 하면 금방 배달이 옵니다. 그리고 호텔에 헤어드라이어가 있고 욕조의 뜨거운 물은 매우 편안합니다. 많은 중국인들이 다른 곳에서 중국 음식을 찾으러 갔고, 가장 정통 중국 음식이 호텔의 9 층에 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 그리고 여기 초콜릿 브라우니는 매우 정통합니다. 원래는 아이스크림과 함께 먹어야했는데, 뜨거운 음식을 먹겠다고 제안했고 호텔은 즉시 뜨거운 아이스크림을 만들었습니다. 호텔 옆에는 카트만두에서 가장 큰 파머스 마켓이 있습니다. 큰 사과 6개는 20위안 미만입니다. 여기에서 모든 야채와 과일을 구입할 수 있습니다. 카트만두는 교통 체증이 자주 발생하기 때문에 항공편을 연결하면 호텔이 공항과 매우 가까워 또 다른 장점입니다.
