리리뷰어Great stay and hotel. Issue with the WiFi for over 24 hours, so the hotel gave us a room us to use WiFi in but did not move us to that room permanently so went back and forth when we needed WiFi. A little weird but only lasted a day. Location is right on the beach, away from clubs and very north so not for you if you are looking for that. Staff was great, valeted our car.

리리뷰어Fabulous hotel right on the beach
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into town along the beach pathway. There’s parking for those who have a car.
Unfortunately we were there when there were storms etc at the end of cyclone Alice so our weather was very poor but thankfully we were in a lovely hotel with great meals. We really wished that the sauna was working as the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. There are some great local restaurants behind the hotel.

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

Mmollllyyyy훌륭한 위치에있는 훌륭한 호텔, 필요한 모든 것이 짧은 도보 거리에 있습니다.
수영장 지역은 호텔이 샌안토니오 지역에 위치하고 있다는 점을 고려하면 분위기가 매우 차가워서 낮 시간에 훨씬 선호합니다.
아침 식사는 맛있었고 선택할 수있는 것이 많았습니다. 내가 가장 좋아하는 것은 오믈렛 역이었습니다!
나는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것을 볼 것입니다.

JjungThe best hotel i have ever stayed. Choose all-inclusive option. The pool is spacious and the hotel ambiance is rather chill and relaxing, which I really liked. The staffs are very attentive. There's a drinking water station/purifier at every floor and you can refill the water bottle - this was the best part of the stay. Had an amazing time!! Highly recommended.

리리뷰어He vuelto a alojarme esta misma semana en otro hotel de la misma cadena, y he notado algunas diferencias importantes. Este hotel está un poco más apartado y, lamentablemente, no tiene vistas al mar, algo que aprecié mucho en el otro establecimiento.
Sin embargo, un punto muy positivo ha sido la comida: mucho mejor en comparación. Los platos están más cuidados, con mejor sabor y una selección más acertada.
El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, tanto en recepción como el resto del equipo. Se nota un ambiente acogedor y tranquilo, algo que valoro mucho.
En general, a pesar de la ubicación menos privilegiada, la experiencia ha sido buena, sobre todo gracias a la calidad de la comida y la amabilidad del personal.
