나이로비 메리어트 호텔은 올해 오픈한 호텔로 시설이 매우 새것이고 숙박이 편안합니다. 방에 플러그가 많고, 중국에서 가져온 충전기는 모두 사용할 수 있습니다. 변환기를 가져올 필요가 전혀 없습니다. 공항에서 Uber를 타는 것이 매우 편리합니다. 30분 안에 도착할 수 있으며 가격은 미화 10달러 정도입니다. 호텔 내 여행도 매우 편리하며 Uber는 몇 분 안에 도착할 수 있으며 운전 기사는 모두 영어를 구사할 수 있습니다.

서비스는 매우 좋았습니다. 공항에서 픽업은 매우 효율적이었습니다. 프론트 데스크에서 객실 청소부에 이르기까지 모든 직원은 매우 정중하고 도움이되었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 

우리는 역사에 절대적으로 흠뻑 젖어있는이 호텔에 머무르는 것을 좋아했습니다. 여기에 머무르는 것은 역사에서 한 발짝 물러난 것처럼 느껴지고 바의 아르 데코 디자인은 화려했습니다. 그러나 우리의 체류를 정말로 기억에 남게 만든 것은 직원이었습니다. 그들은 우리가 호텔에 들어서는 순간부터 우리를 특별하고 환영한다고 느끼게했습니다. 그것은 단지 내 생일이었고 그들은 그것을 매우 특별하게 느끼기 위해 나섰습니다. 특히 Kanja와 Christine은 환상적이었고 우리를 매우 환영한다고 느끼게했습니다. 그 이상으로 해주셔서 정말 감사합니다!

이 호텔 정말 최고예요! 400위안 조금 넘는 가격이라 전혀 비싸지 않아요. 아침 식사도 훌륭했는데, 버섯과 소고기가 조화롭게 어우러지고 과일 종류도 다양했어요. 아프리카에서 이렇게 훌륭한 아침 식사를 기대하지 못했는데 정말 만족스러웠어요! 가격 대비 최고예요! 다만, 무슨 이유인지 객실에 에어컨이 없다는 점은 아쉬웠어요.

【청결함】 새로운 호텔에서 매우 깨끗했습니다. 방은 넓고, 예쁜 느낌(호텔의 이름대로 전체적으로 보석감이 있어 멋졌습니다)로, 쾌적했습니다. 사우나도 이용했습니다만, 기분 좋았습니다! 【입지】 나이로비 중심부에서도 가기 쉽고, 인근에는 대형 쇼핑몰도 있어(차로 가는 것을 추천합니다), 편리합니다. 도보 권내에는 카페나 슈퍼도 있어, 아무것도 곤란하지 않았습니다. 【서비스】기본은 모두 좋았습니다만, 마지막 날에 호텔에서 식사를 했을 때에, 꽤 큰 금액 실수가 있었습니다. 신용카드로 지불하고 있었으므로, 한 번 환불 캔슬을 해 그냥 내용으로 결제해 주었으면 한다고 전했는데, 할 수 없다고 말해져. 차액 분의 와인을 건네주기 때문에 이것으로 좋을까,라고 말해졌을 때는 놀랐습니다. 비행기의 시간도 다가오고 있었기 때문에, USD로 현금으로의 환불을 부탁했는데, 할 수 없다고 말해져 결국 신용 카드에의 환불 신청 서면을 써 귀국. 정말 제대로 환불되는지 귀국 후에도 불안했습니다만, 환불 대응되었습니다. 끝까지 실수를 사과받지 못했습니다. 굉장히 좋은 호텔이었으므로, 마지막 대응에는 실망했습니다.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

Check in process was smooth and fast. Hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly, kind and flexible. The location is convenient- very close to the airport and city centre. Food is brilliant - we booked half-board and enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner, with variety of food on offer. Some areas of improvement: We asked for a baby cot but what was provided was an old dirty wooden bed with adult linen/ bedding - not appealing at all and lacked that babyish touch - not given some clear thought. It appears as though the hotel isn't ready for families with babies/infants! The management should seriously think of giving facilities an uplift to ensure clients have a peaceful and memorable experience. For example the rubber lining on the refrigerator in our room (we hooked an Executive room! ) was so dirty. The landline phones are old fashioned and some not functional. Also it took too long for the phones to be answered, while in some cases never answered at all, and worse still no follow up call back. There was also this disturbing intermittent noise (sounded like a machine) around the 11th floor that disrupted our sleep at night. These issues and lack of details do not match the star rating of this hotel. A great hotel, but one whose facilities have been neglected! We may come back, just for the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food!

Nice hotel. More upmarket than others. Very clean and offers a good service. I would recommend they do some more maintenance however, especially with the men’s steam room. It’s quite run down.
