Exceptionally comfortable stay at the Fateh Garh resort . The location is 35 mins from the airport. Smooth checkin and the amenities were explained very well by Mriganka who has the calmest demeanour. The rooms are large and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the brand of toiletries provided. The staff was always polite and attentive. Any request we had was handled so graciously by Veena. Nothing was an issues and they accommodated all our requests. We did the day tour with Piyush who made our entire day very pleasant. The spa service by Rose was divine after a long day of travel. We had most of our meals at the property and the indian cuisine was delicious. The breakfast spread had adequate options. The pool was impeccably maintained. We even tried the cocktails at the bar and they were well made too. Our experience was enhanced by the smiling faces of the staff throughout our stay. The property was clean, luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you team Fatehgarh.

What a service they provided. Excellent rooms and we were treated like Maharaja and Maharani .The food was excellent and the breakfast was amazing, what a spread there was .....nothing to complain about from the start to finish

좋고 나쁜 경험 이 속성에 대한 모든 것이 놀랍습니다. 음식이 좋다 서비스는 최고 수준입니다 위치가 우수합니다 내가 이해하지 못하는 유일한 것은 방에 체크인 할 때 목욕 타월이나 얼굴 타월이 방이나 그런 편의 시설 전에 얼마나 많은 것을 정확히 말하지 않지만 체크 아웃 후에 방만 확인하고 말합니다. 1 ~ 2 개의 얼굴 수건이 누락되어 비용을 지불해야한다는 매우 정중합니다. 소유자 또는 관리 팀에 대한 유일한 질문은 당신이나 직원이 이전에 얼마나 많은 사람들이 있었는지 알려주지 않고 어떻게 손님을 비난할 수 있는지입니다. 또한 체크인하는 동안 수하물을 가지고있는 호텔 직원을 신뢰하지만 그러한 것에 대해 비난하지 않습니다. 관리가 체크아웃 시 객실을 확인하기 위해 이 규칙을 내린 경우 체크인 시 모든 편의 시설이 제공되는 것과 양을 손님이 정확히 알고 있는지 확인하십시오. 그리고 경영진이 그런 규칙을 만들지 않았다면 이러한 종류의 나쁜 경험이 모든 좋은 것을 망치기 때문에 이러한 작은 것들을 돌봐주세요. 앞으로 아무도 이 일을 겪지 않기를 바랍니다. 그리고 예, 모두가 편안한 휴가를 찾고 있는 이 놀라운 숙소를 적어도 한 번은 방문해야 합니다.

In the first day the bedsheets were dirty but that was quickly resolved. If you're expecting a decent gym like I was you need to know it's really not well equipped, very few dumbells. Also the TV in the room is very small for the size of the bedroom. Breakfast had 95% Indian local options but apparently 95% of the guests were locals too, so all good. On the positive notes: staff was great and the bedrooms were super spacious!

Food facilities are not good , there is no lounge or restaurant to eat or drink in resort. ,!!

Very good family resort breakfast is good location is far not nearby famous attractions can not book Uber easily overall nice experience

Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

The AC and WiFi didn’t work on the first whole day at the end day, in the middle of the night had ask someone to visit which took ages to come and later we had ask to change the room as ac and WiFi wasn’t working at. In the second room AC and WiFi works however the minibar didn’t even cool the water at the basic minibar temp we were thirsty dying to drink the cold water, tired of mentioning about things from AC to WiFi and now minibar. Paying such an amount to get this service unexpected. The rooftop restaurant service people doesn’t pay attention, doesn’t matter how many time you call them. The breakfast area neither have AC nor a cold water(you ask for ice cubes), not even sealing fan only two fans in the corner. I don’t think so will again here. The garden is very beautiful.

가족과 함께하는 훌륭한 숙박. 조금 거칠고 긴 체크인, 늦은 밤에도 복도와 발코니를 가로질러 사람들이 외치는 시끄러운 복도. 위에서 우리는 환상적인 숙박을했습니다. 매우 정중하고 도움이되는 직원과 팀, 훌륭한 하우스 키핑, 훌륭한 아침 식사. 확실히 추천하고 다시 방문 할 것입니다.
