We are travelling with a group of 14 Singaporeans on a pilgrimage of the Holy sites. This is our last stay for one nite in a hotel before embarking on our flite home. Stayed at the Best Western Hotel Tre Torri on 14th Oct 2023. Hotel is located within a small village or town off the main highway. This hotel is our half way stop to Milan after spending a day in Venice. We found that a kettle was provided but no complimentary bottles of water. It could be found in the mini bar, but chargeable. Lighting in the room was dim with only one wall light. Bedside lights did little to enhance the overall environment. Sensors are used for the vestibule of the room and bathroom. Experienced black outs in the bathroom several times. What an inconvenience. The shower stall is small and after a shower, water escaped to the outer floor, making it slippery and dangerous. Bathroom amenities was limited to just a small bar of soap and two shower caps. Only shower gel was provided in the shower stall. Otherwise, the room and bathroom was clean. Can't say much for the pillows and mattress. Just uncomfortable. Breakfast items offered is typical of all the hotels we stayed in except at this hotel where back bacon was offered on the buffet, instead of bacon rashers. The scrambled eggs was the best in all the hotels we stayed in. What made the breakfast experience wonderful was delivered by a waitress, Ms MILLI, a Ghanaian. Her lovely smile, politeness and her happiness to serve made our time in Italy memorable. Thank you Ms MILLI once again. You are a great Ambassador of the brand. We love you and keep smiling as you deliver happiness to all that you serve. Love All Serve All. Your hotel should be so proud to have such an employee like you. To the management of the hotel we recommend Ms MILLII as your Employee of the Month.

우리는 환승을 위해 여기에서 하룻밤만 잤지만 끔찍했습니다. 그들은 4 성급 호텔이라고 주장하지만 호텔은 대부분의 객실에서 모텔처럼 보입니다. 나는 그들이 보수 공사를 진행하고 있고 일부 객실은 괜찮아 보이지만 내 경험을 말하기 위해 여기에 있습니다. 우리는 오후 8시쯤 도착했고 모든 것이 좋아 보였습니다. 리셉션은 개조되었으며 로비, 바 및 외부 공간은 매우 좋습니다. 그러나 우리가 방에 도착했을 때 모든 것이 바뀌었습니다. 20년 넘게 청소나 리노베이션을 받지 못한 것처럼 보이는 아주 오래된 방이었습니다. 내 자매 베개 옆에는 잘린 전선이 있었습니다(아마도 매우 위험했을 것입니다). 같은 메모로 우리는 우리 그룹의 사람들의 다른 방으로 갔고 일부 방에는 스카치(베개 옆)로 테이프로 테이프로 된 전기 패널이 있었습니다. 또한, 우리 친구들로부터 오후 11시경에 시끄럽고 열정적으로 문을 두드리며 깨어났다는 소문을 듣고 우리를 꽤 이상하게 보였던 술 취한 남자 그룹이 몇 명 있었습니다. 그들은 안전하지 않다고 느꼈기 때문입니다. 나는 모든 사람이 두 번째 기회를 받을 자격이 있다고 믿기 때문에 그러한 리뷰를 쓰는 팬이 아니지만 이 호텔은 개조와 더 나은 직원 관리가 절실히 필요합니다. 저는 이 글을 쓰고 있습니다. 이 호텔을 운영하는 사람들에게 인식을 높이고 싶기 때문에 다른 사람들이 우리가 한 일을 겪지 않아도 되도록 하고 싶습니다. 이 리뷰는 악의적인 의도를 가지고 쓰지 않았지만 ”네 별”을 유지하고 싶다면 이것을 고려하고 변경하기를 희망합니다.

우선, 접수 원은 매우 좋았습니다. 호텔 위치는 우리 여행에 완벽했습니다. 객실은 편안하고 좋았습니다. 음식은 좋았고 직원들은 정말 귀엽습니다. 호텔에서 좋은 경험이었습니다. 다시 방문하기를 기대합니다 ;)

Lovely hotel with quick access to the autostrada and Fiera (10-minutes drive by car). The room was spotlessly clean, and everything worked as it should. Very good breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. If you ever visit Vicenza, don't miss the excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Super friendly and professional staff!

Vi siete mai innamorati di un Hotel? Sicuramente sì, tanto più se si trova davanti ad un mare spettacolare, se davanti a voi si erge una incantevole montagna, se si trova in uno splendido parco naturale o sulle sponde di un lago. Ebbene qui non troverete tutto questo ma una cosa è certa: che un personale che vi farà innamorare della piacevole sensazione di essere non solo clienti ma sopratutto graditi ‘ospiti’ qui è garantito. Al nostro arrivo il parcheggio esterno con enormi oleandri bianchi ci ha fatto una ottima impressione, confermata quando all’accesso del parcheggio interno abbiamo notato che la struttura è di soli due piani per cui armoniosamente inserita nel contesto e molto curata esternamente. Poi il sorriso delle ragazze della reception che ci ha fatti sentire davvero benvenuti ed un rapido check-in con la genuina cordialità e disponibilità che è stata una costante di tutto il nostro soggiorno. La nostra suite ci ha pienamente soddisfatti: materasso, topper e cuscini ottimi: abbiamo dormito come a casa. La temperatura del climatizzatore perfetta al nostro arrivo, comodissima cabina armadio, bagno ampio finestrato con una splendida vasca/doccia idromassaggio e spugne molto buone, qualità dei prodotti da bagno elevata, spazi ampi, ottima illuminazione. La terrazza ben attrezzata al piano superiore con una vista incantevole sui colli. Pulizia della camera impeccabile. Passando alla ristorazione abbiamo cenato tre sere ed in tre ambienti diversi: nel giardino, nella piccola accogliente saletta con tavoli tondi, nella grande sala in cui si fa anche colazione. Belle tutte e tre le location. Decisamente molto buona la qualità delle materie prime, ottima la preparazione delle portate è molto gradevole la presentazione dei cibi. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio professionale ed attento della capo sala Carolina come di tutti i camerieri. La colazione è a buffet con una buona scelta di alimenti in grado di soddisfare indubbiamente tutte le esigenze ed il servizio attento è cordiale del signor Andrea lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. Sono presenti una piscina esterna ed una spa di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire ma sicuramente ci saranno altre occasioni in futuro. In conclusione le nostre aspettative sono state decisamente soddisfatte, torneremo sicuramente.

호텔은 좋은 호텔이지만 예약에 이미 포함 된 두 사람 (€.5.00)의 숙박 요금을 지불하고 이미 지불 한 직원에게 예약을 보여주는 리셉션 요청이 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 4 층의 나에게 할당 된 방은 N.403 내부 욕실의 문에 미끄러지는 명확한 흔적을 보여주었고, 시력에서 종종 실리콘으로 된 큰 마감은 별 4 개 가치가 없습니다. 그런 다음 샤워 소푼을 더 중요한 하나로 넣으면 물의 흐름이 규칙적이고 저렴하지 않습니다. 오래된 것처럼 보이는 토스트 빵을 제외하고 충분한 선택과 다양성이있는 좋은 아침 식사.

펠릭스의 위치는 시티투어를 하기 편리한 관광명소에 있습니다. 펠릭스 예약은 몬테치오마조레 여행을 더욱 편안하게 만들어 드립니다.호텔에서 비첸차 중앙역까지 단, 14km 정도 떨어져있습니다. 몬테치오마조레의 Fondazione Bisazza, Acquapark Altavilla Vicentina, Vicenza Kart Indoor 등 인기 관광지들이 호텔과 가깝게 있어, 즐거운 몬테치오마조레 관광을 즐기실 수 있습니다.여가시간에는 호텔의 다양한 여가시설로 알찬 시간을 보내실 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 주차 공간을 제공합니다.

In occasione di una visita a Soave, ho soggiornato con mio marito presso l'Hotel Roxy Plaza. La location intesa come hall, appare subito di buon livello e arredata con gusto. Alla reception accoglienza discreta. Dopo aver visitato in parte la città e aver cenato, ci accingiamo a occupare la junior suite prenotata. A un primo approccio, la camera bella, grande e apparentemente pulita, perchè vista in penombra! Premetto che soffro di allergia alla polvere e a tal proposito, non riuscivo a capire come mai avevo una tosse allucinante! Cerco di capire: guardo sotto il letto, POLVERE DI GIORNI! GUARDO SOTTO IL TAPPETO , LO SOLLEVO PROPRIO E STUPARE CIO' CHE VEDO! INACCETTABILE!! Una polvere come da foto allegate che per un hotel 4 stelle, soprattutto per una suite è davvero incredibile. AVEVO CAPITO DA COSA PROVENISSE LA MIA TOSSE! alla partenza, faccio presente alla receptionist di venire a verificare quanto successo, lei mi chiede scusa e mi condisce via con in regalo una bottiglia di spumante da 3 ( da supermercato, per altro neppure di Soave) credendo che la cosa fosse sufficiente! Le faccio notare che al posto di regalare una bottiglia di spumante, sarebbe stato più gradito scontare la camera dal costo richiesta : 118€ + tassa di soggiorno = € 124 per una notte con colazione compresa. Se la suite fosse stata pulita, non avrei minimamente recriminato, ma viste le condizioni è inaccettabile. Comunque, niente , abbiamo dovuto pagare ugualmente il prezzo pieno. Inoltre: colazione minimale e.. cosa gravissima che per ben due volte, la cameriera addetta alla pulizia delle camere entra con noi dentro per sistemare la stanza. La prima volta ci da la sveglia alle ore 8:30 la seconda dopo dieci minuti, pur avendo visto che eravamo a letto. La scusa è stata che il display esterno alla camera non segnalava che ci fosse inserita la tessera internamente ( perchè ERA INSERITA!!!!) E SE non funzionava, non è un problema del cliente. Le regole dell' Hotellerie dicono che è buon costume almeno bussare! Delusione totale !!! Se soffrite di allergie non pernottate lì, Sporco, molto sporco!

Our stay was prompted by my wife having to go into hospital locally after falling ill while travelling from Venice to Switzerland. We needed somewhere for the rest of the family to stay, and the quad room at this hotel was perfect. Lovely comfortable beds, great breakfast and extremely helpful staff. We also recognised that this was a great base for exploring the local region, with easy access by rail and road to Padua, Vicenza, Verona and Venice, and also to nearby Soave for those with a car. The hotel and its staff really exceeded expectations in supporting us, organising transport to a local restaurant and helping with directions. While perhaps a better bet for those travelling by car, it is nonetheless also readily accessible from the nearby San Bonifacio train station via an underpass.
