'Fabulous location, if you need the airport. But, you have to bus/cab/drive into Southend/Rayleigh/wherever if not wanting the airport.
15min walk to various eateries, if you don't want to eat in the hotel, like Toby Carvery, Hungry Horse, African, fish and chips.
Majority of staff seen were happy and chatty, nice to see.
5* breakfast, would definitely recommend as had lots of choice.
Room was clean, included bed, desk, chair, armchair, safe, kettle, iron, toiletries, bath&shower.'

'The place was good enough for purpose,
and the security staff very friendly.
However they need to sort out the mattresses!!!!!
Did not have an inch of sleep felt like I was being stabbed in my ribs. So left very early the second night as was so tired.
Parking is also very very difficult around that area. Although you can park overnight in the car park you would not be able to leave at short notice as they lock the car park overnight. So have to park on the road and then be up at 8 to start paying for parking using the RINGO app.
It served its purpose as overnight stay.'

'Really nice hotel with really good restaurant. All staff members were really amazing, and made my stay really enjoyable.
The only thing they need to sort out the loud noise that comes from the air conditioning in the middle of the night that can’t be stopped from the room. It kept me awake for the most part of my night.'

DDhavalwe stayed one night at PARK INN HOTEL in Southend-on-sea and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The Location is fantastic - Just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay feel like a perfect little seaside getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything felt clean and welcoming. it was exactly what we needed for a relaxing night away. would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

익익명 사용자Would not recommend during the warm months. The hotel states online that it has aircon and our room definitely did not. Windows do not open so no fresh or cool air, both children and us couldn’t sleep very well which meant grumpy children and parents in the morning.
Asked for more toilet paper as when we arrived there was very little left and still had to go back a second time to ask for more toilet paper.

리리뷰어The hotel was situated to where our friends were, and provided a guest car park that's convenient for reaching out to friends as well as other city amenities, shopping and dinning venues. The room's cleanness was mediocre at best, and cleaning was on a per request basis. Lighting setups could be annoying as the overhead lights above the desk/work bench were tied to the main ones, and they should have been replaced with less heat-emitting LEDs. The bathroom ventilation would need enhancement. While we stayed in a room with car park aspect, the sea view rooms offered much better views as seen from the lobby window overlooking the sea, coming with a 10% surcharge.
