The famous 5th avenue is so close that you probably won't even break a sweat on the short walk even on a hot day. But don't worry even if you do start to perspire the ocean is literally only a few steps away waiting to cool you off. Or if you can't make it past the sand to the beach you can stop and take a swim in the amazing pool. All joking aside the setting is quite spectacular and you simply won't find another property in Playa that has such a large pool and garden area that is so close to everything and is situated on such a desired section of the beach.The condo itself has one of the best locations in the El Faro complex and has breathtaking unobstructed views of the ocean.
