라마다 바이 윈덤 소피아 시티 센터 후기

소피아는 자주 방문하는 곳이긴한테 라마다 호텔은 처음 이용했어요. 버스, 기차 터미널에서 가깝고, 중심 지역과도 그리 멀지 않지만, 호텔 앞에서 트램을 탈 수도 있어요. 호텔은 오래되서 좀 낡아보이지만 2박 3일동안 따뜻하고 편안하게 이용했습니다.

호텔은 기차역과 버스 정류장 바로 옆에 있습니다. 저는 아침에 터키 이스탄불에서 버스를 타고 왔는데, 버스 정류장에서 호텔까지 걸어서 2분밖에 안 걸려서 정말 편리했습니다. 호텔에는 짐 보관소가 있었고, 1층에 화장실도 있었습니다. 호텔 1층에는 헬스장, 수영장, 피트니스 센터도 있습니다. 루마니아행 버스가 밤 11시 30분이었기 때문에 체크아웃 후 호텔 프런트에 짐을 맡기고 헬스장에서 운동도 하고 수영도 할 수 있었습니다. 호텔 창문을 열면 소피아 시내 전경이 한눈에 들어왔습니다. 사자 다리도 아주 가깝고, 주변에 대형 슈퍼마켓도 많아서 소피아의 주요 관광지를 걸어서 갈 수 있었습니다. 아침 일찍 호텔에서 출발해서 조깅을 하기도 했습니다.

제가 지불한 돈은 완전히 낭비됐습니다. 호텔 측에서 저를 너무 힘들게 했고, 미리 얼리 체크인 비용을 지불하겠다고 알려줬음에도 불구하고 6시간 넘게 기다리게 했습니다. 호텔에는 600개가 넘는 객실이 있는데, 프런트 데스크 직원인 크리스티야나는 저에게 거짓말을 했습니다! 그녀는 객실이 없다고 했는데, 그날 투숙객이 600명도 안 된다는 걸 몰랐던 거죠. 그녀와 그녀의 동료는 저를 속였습니다! 제가 고참 투숙객인데도 이런 대우를 받다니 정말 용납할 수 없습니다! 라마다 소피아 불가리아 중앙역 지점에서의 숙박은 정말 스트레스였습니다. 반드시 정의가 실현되어야 합니다! 저는 숙박비를 지불했고, 공짜로 이용한 게 아니었습니다!

소피아 외곽에 위치한 호텔/카지노. 2박 숙박으로는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 제 생각에는 별 3개 정도가 적당할 것 같습니다. 청결 상태는 그저 그랬고, 객실은 좀 오래됐습니다.

치약과 사이트에 적혀 있지만 칫솔과 치약은 없었습니다. 냉장고가 식지 않아 부러졌습니다. 메모에 확인하도록 써 붙이고 있었습니다만, 벗겨진 것만으로 아무것도 코멘트 없었습니다. 세면대에서 물이 흐르지 않고 쌓인 채로 있었습니다. 몇 시간, 모습 봐도 흐르지 않는 채입니다.

모든 것이 완벽했고, 호텔 직원은 친절했으며, 호텔 시설에 대해 이야기하면 예산이 넉넉한 내 의견에 따르면 됩니다. 중심지와 그리 가깝지는 않지만 도보로 20분 정도 걸립니다. 호텔 가구와 에어컨은 구식이었습니다..

호텔 시설은 비교적 오래되었지만 바, ****** 등을 포함한 모든 시설이 갖추어져 있습니다. 중앙역과 매우 가깝습니다.

Strategically located near the main transport hubs. • The metro station (coming from the airport) is very close.  • Tram stops are on the corner, and the main bus/train station is just a couple of blocks away.  • The city center is about 1.5 km away.  • Price Range: 79€/d. 🛏️ The Room Experience • Room Type: Twin room on the 11th floor.  • Size & Cleanliness: Adequate size and clean.  • Bed: 110cm firm mattress, reported to be very comfortable, with two soft pillows.  • Amenities: Flat-screen TV, coffee maker, fridge, and hairdryer included.  • Drawbacks: No major issues mentioned. 🚽 Bathroom Details • Cleanliness & Setup: The bathroom was clean.  • Shower/Bath: High and slippery bathtub. Water pressure was very good.  • Products & Towels: Basic amenities were provided. Some towels showed signs of wear with frayed edges.  🍳 Food & Beverage • Included: Yes, breakfast was included.  • Variety & Quality: A very complete breakfast buffet, offering both hot and cold, sweet and savory options, including some local specialties.  • Negative Point: The only drawback was the juice, which tasted artificial, like a powdered mix.  🏊 Common Areas & Facilities • Facilities: The hotel features a spa, sauna, indoor pool, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a ******.  👨💼 Service Evaluation • Reception: Morning staff was serious. Evening staff seemed bothered by questions regarding the spa.  • Cocktail Bar: Staff here was very kind and friendly.  • Spa Staff: Described as serious, speaking only the bare minimum of words.  • Daily Housekeeping: Room cleaning was minimal; they only straightened the duvet, leaving the pillows as they were. Coffee and tea amenities were not replenished.  🚗 Transport & Access • Public Transport: Excellent connection. Very close to the metro line from the airport, with tram stops nearby and the main stations within walking distance.  🔐 Security • Access Control: Access is managed via a key card.  • Safe: There is no safe deposit box in the room.  Final Verdict: ✔ Top Strength: The super comfortable bed combined with the excellent location near major transport links (metro, bus, train). ❌ Main Drawback: The service was inconsistent, particularly the minimal housekeeping (no coffee/tea refill) and the unenthusiastic staff at reception and the spa.
