리리뷰어작고 귀여운 곳. 기차역이나 버스 정류장에 도착하여 전화하면 픽업하러 올 것입니다. 원한다면 걸어갈 수 있지만, 여행가방을 가지고 있으면 약간 오르막길로 갈 수 있습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 협조적입니다. 우리가 여행을 예약한 후 여행 중에 임신을 하게 된 친구 중 한 명이 있었는데 그 친구는 많은 음식을 먹을 수 없었습니다. 그들은 정말 친절했고 그녀가 먹을 수 있는 대로 일해 주었고 건강하고 안전한 임신과 출산을 위해 작은 오마모리(부적 같은)도 주었습니다. 다른 사람들에게 추천할 것입니다. 각 객실의 개별 온천은 훌륭하며 더 많은 사람들이 함께 모이기를 원한다면 더 큰 객실을 예약하세요. 후지산이 보이지만 시간과 계절에 따라 다르다는 점을 이해하세요. 공간이 작기 때문에 체크인 장소이기도 한 아래층에 모일 수 있는 공간은 단 하나뿐입니다. 우리에게는 큰 문제가 아니지만, 호텔 전체를 돌아다니기를 원하는 사람들에게는 다음이 필요할 수 있습니다. 저 더 큰 호텔들을 보세요.

AAVNN HolidayMy stay at this ryokan in Shibu Onsen was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. The ryokan features private onsen that can be booked in advance, offering an intimate and serene experience. Soaking in the warm, mineral-rich waters while gazing at the surrounding natural beauty was a highlight of the trip.
The ryokan’s free shuttle service made exploring the area incredibly convenient. We were easily transported to the iconic Snow Monkey Park, the nearby train station, and other local attractions, which added to the seamless experience.
The dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. Both private breakfast and dinner were served in a tranquil setting, with beautifully prepared dishes showcasing the best of seasonal and local ingredients. The flavors were authentic and delicious,

BBryce van de LaarFrom the moment you enter Kokuya Ryokan, be prepared to leave the real world behind and fully immerse yourself in the experience. You swap your shoes for slippers at the door and don’t see them again until you leave. You will receive a warm welcome from polite and gentle-mannered staff, get taken up to your beautiful room, and once you’ve changed into your traditional yukata, it’s time to let the relaxation begin. The multi-course dinner will probably be one of the best meals you’ve had in your life, with many unusual textures and flavors to try. The futons are comfortable, and your room is kept toasty warm. There are even skincare products to keep you pampered and moisturized between soaks in the onsen. Honestly, you won’t even need to open your suitcase while you’re there.
The staff will take you through all the logistics when you arrive, but there are some things that might be useful to know in advance.
- The ryokan sends a shuttle to Yudanaka station at about 15:00 to collect new arrivals, so time your journey to take advantage of this benefit.
- The ryokan also offers guests the opportunity to catch a shuttle to the Snow Monkey Park immediately after breakfast the next morning.
- After you leave the ryokan, they will take your luggage down to the coffee shop opposite the station, so you don’t need to worry about those logistics.
- Trains from Yudanaka back to Nagano leave at 12:30 and 15:30.
- The ryokan itself has several private onsens that you can reserve for a 45-minute slot. Because the onsens are on the property, you can go in with your partner or travel companions regardless of gender. It’s a boutique hotel, so you don’t have to worry about not getting access to all the onsens you want.
- The ryokan is on the main road of the Shibu Onsen town. The hotel will give you a key so you can wonder down the main road, visiting any of the public onsens you wish - however, with so many gorgeous and more private onsens in the hotel itself, you probably won’t have time or the desire for this.
- Also, there is a coffee machine in the room! (I was worried about having to survive without coffee, and this turned out to be an unfounded concern).
We had an incredible and totally indulgent time at Kokuya. Experiencing a traditional ryokan is a privilege that you should try at least once if you can. And adding the Snow Monkeys in give the trip a double purpose, making it that much more memorable. The only thing that would have made the trip better is if we had been allowed to linger longer over every course of our dinner.

The place is super grand and 2 onsens. A Instagram worthy one that the males and females get to use it at different timings. The shower stuff in the onsen are mediocre though. No fancy facial stuff for women unlike some other onsens at this price range.
We had breakfast and dinner for the 2 nights. And well worth it. But you have to follow a fixed timing and we felt a bit rushed but otherwise it was really great and service perfect.
We had one the biggest rooms I believe Room 716. Had a sitting area and also a sleeping area. Easily fits 8 persons. We were only 2. In the day they kept the futons and brought it out at night. Towels changed every night.
There is a van that goes straight to Mount Yokoteyama ski resort. The receptionist didn't seem to know about it but you could try to Google. It was a complimentary ride to and fro if you bought the lift tickets. Took only like 30 mins to get there. You can get rentals at hotels there.

리리뷰어Wonderful hotel to experience amazing Japanese hospitality. Our family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers) stayed in a Japanese style Family room. Each night futon beds were made and in the mornings packed away by staff. The room size was comfortable and has a great view of the ski slopes. I have included a picture of the view from our room with the review. Our stay included delicious buffet breakfast and Japanese dinner. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, enhancing our stay experience.
In terms of location, it is about a 15-20 mins walk to the ski fields, through the old town. Nice walk and very manageable. We’ll definitely love to stay again the next time we get to visit beautiful Nozawa Onsen.

리리뷰어A nice little hotel run by a sweet old couple. The hotel offers a free private onsen which is located outside in a beautiful setting which you can book for 40min. The hotel also has a public onsen inside which is gender separated and where you can take a shower. The room is traditionally japanese style with a tatami mat, futon and low table. It was warm and cozy and there was plenty of space. A teapot was provided and you could make your own tea. You get slippers, a yukata per person and traditional japanese wooden shoes for outside.
If you stay here you have the option of using the 9 public onsen. However, these are a short distance from the hotel away. The couple can't speak English but with a translator we were able to communicate. It was difficult to find an open restaurant in the village after 18:00.
It is no problem to store your luggage in the hotel after check-out.
The Snow Monkey Park was easy to reach on foot, even if it was more than 3km.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

리리뷰어Located just within 3min from Yudanaka station, Raki Onsenryokan is run by a Chinese family. As a quiet town on its own, no one was tending to the reception when I arrived, after ringing the bell, a lady came down to help with the check in - very straightforward. I believe the family stays in the same building as they said if we ever needed anything, we could just ring the bell at the reception. Obviously I had booked a room too big for a solo traveller as this was the only room left as ”non-smoking”. Toilet and sink are at two different parts of the room which was a little inconvenient. Ryokan offers free drive (15min) TO snow monkey park, but not return, so please cater at least 35min to walk from park exit to the bus stop. Ryokan also provided a hearty breakfast, overall for the price paid it was a decent stay!

WWuyayizhi유다나카 역에서 호텔 픽업 및 드롭오프 서비스는 첫인상이 매우 좋았습니다. 시설은 약간 오래되었지만 서비스는 매우 따뜻하고 방은 매우 크고 개인 온천이 있습니다. 매일 아침 호텔에서 무료로 손님을 스노우 몽키 파크로 데려다줍니다. 하지만 제가 마주친 서비스에 작은 결함이 있었습니다. 체크인을 했을 때, 호텔에서 Snow Monkey Park에서 돌아오는 시간이 정오라고 알려주었는데, 이는 나가노로 돌아가는 12시 30분 버스를 타기에 딱 맞는 시간이었습니다. 하지만 사실 돌아오는 시간은 다음 날 12시 30분이 되었습니다. 저는 나가노로 돌아가는 다음 버스만 탈 수 있었습니다. 버스가 적어서 한 시간 반 정도 늦었습니다.

WWoshizhangmiaomiao아주 작은 마을이며 매우 조용합니다. 매우 열정적 인 중국인 직원이 있으며 도움이 필요하면 찾을 수 있습니다. 근처에 야생 원숭이 공원이 있습니다. 작은 원숭이 온천에 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔은 셔틀 서비스를 제공하며 셔틀 버스 시간표가 있습니다.

리리뷰어The location, rooms and onsen are exceptional. Our stay was among one of my favorite during our adventure in Japan. They even offer discount lift tickets at the front desk. Upon arrival, the host was so kind and showed us around to all the vicinities, and the meals were VERY traditional.
