'I recently stayed at Swiss-Belcourt Serpong in their Deluxe Double Room for one night. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows. Pros: • The Android TV was a great feature, allowing easy access to streaming apps. • The room itself was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. • The buffet breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to start the day. Cons: • The hotel is located right next to a train rail, so the noise from passing trains was quite frequent and disruptive. • The toilet floor design was problematic. Water didn’t drain properly, resulting in small puddles that made the bathroom floor wet and uncomfortable. While the room and amenities were good, the noise and bathroom issues were disappointing. It’s worth considering if you don’t mind train noise and can overlook the bathroom flaw.'

'This hotel has a strategic location, and the room is spacious, clean, and nice. However, the fridge was not cold. Overall, it's very worth it for the price.'

'I left my credit card after check in and the server promise to send it back but finally he’s gone and dont want reply my message:). In the first time for check in he help me as well. Hence, I left good review in the domestic application which he worked. But after that he just leave me with my hopeness :('
