When one thing goes wrong you say 'oh well', when two things go wrong you get annoyed, when more is poor... you can really get cheesed off. We booked the hotel because they had an on site restaurant and were right near the interstate we were travelling. Nothing on the website said that the restaurant was closed, but it was. We were looking forward to a quiet night in after a day of travelling. There weren't any luggage carts available when we checked in. We were lucky to get the only one in the lobby on the way out. It worked okay except for the extremely low tire. It made turning a bit difficult. Then there was the room itself. The tub had moldy grout, the floor was loose and the laminate boards slid around. The in room refridgerator was off when we arrived, so it took a while to get up to temperature. It never got cold enough for the freezer to work. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the shampoo was very low... empty when we left. I apologize to the next person who gets that room. The hotel checked us out before we left our room, so when we went to get ice we couldn't get back in the room. This was 8 am, so way before check out time. I did voice my concerns with the staff on the way out and was told there was grab & go breakfast since there was no restaurant. They just said sorry to the other concerns. High fructose juice and pop tarts aren't my go to for a grab & go breakfast. In general the hotel is old and tired. The hallways on the room floors are beige and plain. The entry floor and lobby is nice, but we didn't spend time down there. Needless to say, we won't be staying there in the future.

우리는 NYC로가는 길에 잠을 잘 곳이 필요했습니다. 이 호텔은 I81에서 직접 떨어져 있었고 우리는 항상 Hampton Inn에서 좋은 경험을했습니다. 무료 아침 식사는 항상 좋습니다. 힐튼 앱은 오후 10시 이후에 우리 방으로 직접 가서 블루투스를 통해 열 수있었습니다. 매끄러운.

When one thing goes wrong you say 'oh well', when two things go wrong you get annoyed, when more is poor... you can really get cheesed off. We booked the hotel because they had an on site restaurant and were right near the interstate we were travelling. Nothing on the website said that the restaurant was closed, but it was. We were looking forward to a quiet night in after a day of travelling. There weren't any luggage carts available when we checked in. We were lucky to get the only one in the lobby on the way out. It worked okay except for the extremely low tire. It made turning a bit difficult. Then there was the room itself. The tub had moldy grout, the floor was loose and the laminate boards slid around. The in room refridgerator was off when we arrived, so it took a while to get up to temperature. It never got cold enough for the freezer to work. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the shampoo was very low... empty when we left. I apologize to the next person who gets that room. The hotel checked us out before we left our room, so when we went to get ice we couldn't get back in the room. This was 8 am, so way before check out time. I did voice my concerns with the staff on the way out and was told there was grab & go breakfast since there was no restaurant. They just said sorry to the other concerns. High fructose juice and pop tarts aren't my go to for a grab & go breakfast. In general the hotel is old and tired. The hallways on the room floors are beige and plain. The entry floor and lobby is nice, but we didn't spend time down there. Needless to say, we won't be staying there in the future.

When one thing goes wrong you say 'oh well', when two things go wrong you get annoyed, when more is poor... you can really get cheesed off. We booked the hotel because they had an on site restaurant and were right near the interstate we were travelling. Nothing on the website said that the restaurant was closed, but it was. We were looking forward to a quiet night in after a day of travelling. There weren't any luggage carts available when we checked in. We were lucky to get the only one in the lobby on the way out. It worked okay except for the extremely low tire. It made turning a bit difficult. Then there was the room itself. The tub had moldy grout, the floor was loose and the laminate boards slid around. The in room refridgerator was off when we arrived, so it took a while to get up to temperature. It never got cold enough for the freezer to work. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the shampoo was very low... empty when we left. I apologize to the next person who gets that room. The hotel checked us out before we left our room, so when we went to get ice we couldn't get back in the room. This was 8 am, so way before check out time. I did voice my concerns with the staff on the way out and was told there was grab & go breakfast since there was no restaurant. They just said sorry to the other concerns. High fructose juice and pop tarts aren't my go to for a grab & go breakfast. In general the hotel is old and tired. The hallways on the room floors are beige and plain. The entry floor and lobby is nice, but we didn't spend time down there. Needless to say, we won't be staying there in the future.

It worked okay except for the extremely low tire. It made turning a bit difficult. Then there was the room itself. The tub had moldy grout, the floor was loose and the laminate boards slid around. The in room refridgerator was off when we arrived, so it took a while to get up to temperature. It never got cold enough for the freezer to work. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the shampoo was very low... empty when we left. I apologize to the next person who gets that room. The hotel checked us out before we left our room, so when we went to get ice we couldn't get back in the room. This was 8 am, so way before check out time. I did voice my concerns with the staff on the way out and was told there was grab & go breakfast since there was no restaurant. They just said sorry to the other concerns. High fructose juice and pop tarts aren't my go to for a grab & go breakfast. In general the hotel is old and tired. The hallways on the room floors are beige and plain. The entry floor and lobby is nice, but we didn't spend time down there. Needless to say, we won't be staying there in the future.
