Schiphol-Rijk 4성급 호텔

The most important thing to me was to have a shuttle to go back and forth to the airport several times. I booked with an online service (not trip advisor) that said there was a shuttle for this hotel. Be prepared to pay for a city bus and get dropped off a couple of blocks away. Also, we were given a room with unmade beds and towels wadded up. They did switch us. Reception wasn't helpful with my disappointment about the shuttle and wouldn't allow me to cancel the next night. The room is ok and fine. It's just that my disappointment was so acute with the problems I'm going to have now, that nothing else mattered.
