'Upon my early-morning arrival on January 9, I was informed that a fire incident had occurred and that I would be transferred to Taj Club House, with assurances that it was of an equivalent standard. After checking in, it became immediately evident that Taj Club House is not comparable to Taj Coromandel. I was assigned a first-floor room, where the hallway was lined with unpleasant odors from sports shoes, and the room itself appeared dated. I promptly lodged a complaint with Trip; however, their Chennai partner was unreachable. According to the agent, the Duty Manager, Rose, declined to offer any compensation or partial refund, despite the fact that I had paid a premium rate for Taj Coromandel and was instead accommodated at a lower-grade property, Taj Club House.'

'My stay began on a disappointing note. I arrived at the lobby on a Sunday afternoon and waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. Although I was clearly in line, a couple of other guests approached the desk and were assisted before me. I expected the concierge or front-desk staff to notice the situation and assist guests in the order they arrived, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Once I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. The room itself was acceptable. I generally do not have particularly high expectations regarding hotel-room ambience, as I find that it often does not vary significantly across hotels, regardless of their star rating. What I found especially unreasonable was the hotel’s pricing. Items available in the room, such as a Snickers bar priced at ₹155 and a packet of Lay’s priced at ₹55, ***** with peanuts and carbonated drinks, were listed at several times their normal retail prices. The markup was so excessive that it made me wonder whether the hotel actually wanted guests to consume these items or was simply trying to impose an unnecessary and inflated expense. The same applied to transportation. The hotel quoted ₹1,800 plus taxes for a sedan to the airport. I booked an Uber for the exact same journey for ₹699. Charging well over twice the market price—and then adding taxes on top of it—is frankly absurd. Hotel convenience may reasonably come at a premium, but this felt less like a premium service and more like an attempt to take advantage of guests. The complimentary breakfast, however, offered a wide variety of options and was probably the most redeeming part of the stay.'

'I had a flight that was postponed to the evening instead of the original morning time schedule. As such I needed a hotel that was near Chennai Airport for me to rest. Radisson Blu was very near the Airport, about 10 mins drive away. The hotel and room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a wide range and very tasty. Most importantly, the staff, from the counter staff at check-in and check-out , to the concierge, the staff and managers at the restaurant and the driver of the car for the Hotel's Airport transfer were very helpful, polite and engaged me in genuine conversations to find out how my stay in the hotel was and if I needed anything. I truly enjoyed the short stay I had in the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is only near the Airport, and is quite a drive away from the city centre. But am excellent Hotel nevertheless.'

'Our experience at Pullman Anna Salai was both pleasant and memorable. The hotel provided a comfortable and well-maintained environment, complemented by courteous and attentive service from the staff. The room was spacious. While the stay was largely positive, there was a minor unpleasant incident during dining. Nevertheless, the staff handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism, which we appreciate. Looking forward to stay again.'

'호텔은 실제로 퇴색된 색상과 딱딱한 재료가 벗겨진 지루한 인테리어로 오래되어 가고 있습니다. 창문에 똥을 싸는 새와 불쾌한 전망을 없애기 위해 뭔가 해야 합니다. 외관은 건물 전체에 많은 균열이 보입니다. 프런트 데스크 직원인 Fayaz는 고객을 맞이할 때 미소를 짓는 방법을 모릅니다. 럭셔리 컬렉션 호텔이라고 말하지만, 노력해야 할 일입니다. 그렇지 않으면 경쟁자가 인수할 것입니다.'

'The front office is friendly. Fast check is in check.. Security was good with Siraj, very attentive to checking, felt safe. Breakfast was not too bad, can be better. The egg specials were very good. Housekeeping guys were polite and good at their work, too. Besides that, they have kept the rooms very clean and tidy. They provide water in refill bottles, like their sustainability efforts around the hotel. With construction nearby, the room remained silent. In room dining is tasty. Tours can be arranged for a good price. Value for money. Overall, I recommend this hotel.'

'excellent hotel , well managed and good structural set up . room is comfortable and convenient in size . all is kept well and clean ' the atmosphere is very pleasant . I would prefer a real shower but that is a minor issue . breakfast good . very close to airport , convenient to the city, peaceful area . would certainly recommend'
