'I am very disappointed with my experience at the Garner Hotel. Due to the extreme heat of 38°C, I travelled overnight and arrived in the morning, hoping the hotel would make some effort to accommodate me. As a regular guest, this would have been my sixth stay at the Garner Hotel, so I expected at least some consideration. Unfortunately, the reception staff showed no willingness to help or offer any solution, despite the circumstances and despite the fact that I had already paid for my room. The only person who showed any empathy was the lady working at the bar and serving breakfast, who kindly checked on me a couple of times. In the end, although my room had already been paid for, I decided to book another hotel, where I was welcomed with kindness and understanding. Sadly, after being a loyal customer, this experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I will think twice before staying at the Garner Hotel again.'

'I only had breakfast at the hotel. It was a nice experience, and I'm an experienced traveler. Not to far from the railway station with good connections to Nürnberg Central Station with connections to the fairs and airport. Clean and nice rooms and internet connection'

'The hotel has nice rooms, although a bit older. When we arrived, we had to air out the room for a while, but after that everything was fine. The bathroom looked newer, although the shower was leaking a little. Breakfast was good – there were eggs, sausages, fruit salad, ham, cheese, olives, vegetables, jams, and more. For this type of hotel, it was definitely sufficient. The staff were very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a positive stay, and for the price it was definitely worth it. 👍'
