This 1 bed, 1 bathroom adult studio, set on approx 60 acres North West Tasmania. This Historic farm studio looks out over a beautiful valley and water course. Relax in the mid day sun on your private verandah with a cup of tea and watch the farm animals go about their day or get active and play garden chess or crochet. The spacious studio offers a large, very comfy King bed, with views out window, quaint dining area right along side a efficient kitchenette.All your amenities are provided besides food. Facilities offer light cooking. Heating is provided with an economical wall panel heater & heat lamp lighting in bathroom. A huge ensuite provides a walk in extra large shower and bespoke fixtures. Sorry, we dont allow children in this studio or extra adults. 2 Persons only.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

A beautiful majestic but cozy home with just enough yesteryear vibes. Views out every single window. Its a place you don't want to leave. Very warming and homely.The rooms are large with country soft linens.Families love this home for making memories.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please take all shoes off while in house..Please empty the bins in the house each day,No small children upstairs by themselves, for their safety. 'A wonderfull experience had! Elegant home, decorated and furnished with antiques throughout. Rooms warm and inviting, again beautifully furnished with antiques. A very comfortable bed, slept soundly. A large relaxing verandah offering a quiet place to sit, have a drink and to enjoy the view all day long! Great location, easy short walk to town centre. Delicious breakfast included. Highly recommended!!'

'Formby Hotel provides a decent stay with a convenient location. However, it would be nice if they offered a buffet-style breakfast. The rooms could also be a bit cleaner with a fresher scent. Additionally, there were no staff present during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. If the price were a little lower, it would be perfect.
Formby Hotelは、便利な立地で快適に過ごせますが、ビュッフェ式の朝食があれば良いなと思いました。また、もう少し清潔で部屋の匂いが良ければさらに良いと思います。滞在中スタッフがいなかったため、少し不便に感じました。もう少し価格が安ければ最高です。'

'Very tired looking and out of date accommodation. Reminded me of what had in the 1980s. Furniture appeared to have been gathered ad hoc. Strangely massive lounge space and cramped bedroom. If it were meant to be ”deluxe”, I am glad not to have tried ”standard” it ”basic”!'
