위치가 좋고 가격도 비싸지 않고, 아침 식사도 다양한 음식이 많고, 직원도 친절합니다. 추천합니다!!!

My worst experience at a Radisson, mostly due to bad service and the room. While the lobby is modern the rest of the hotel is in bad shape: elevators that don’t work properly and rooms that have seen better days. Service: I called for 10 minutes trying to get an iron. The only time someone answered she didn’t speak English. Other times other I got disconnected or no one picked up. After 10 minutes I gave up I also forgot something in the room and called them. Again, 5-7 minutes of transferring me from one person to another until someone with decent English answered. I’d expect an hotel in the center of São Paulo to have the staff that speaks English if they interact with guests. Overall, expensive yet disappointing experience

The hotel was under innovation. There was no alert for that from 9 AM till 5 PM. There was hard drilling around all the walls afterwards on my last day not Friday. There was no hot water from 7 AM till 9 PM.

Very near to our business office and walkable to our office too.

Good location. Clean facilities. Good service. Very good breakfast

宿泊当日の宿泊費は非常に安価で良かった。スリッパがあればさらに良かった。TVが一方向からしか観られずこれも残念であった。特に問題はないが、ホテル受付の対応はもっと迅速にしていかないと混雑時にチェックインがなかなかできず、顧客の満足度を落としていたかもしれません。

前台服務很棒，常主動用中文打招呼。早餐也比較豐富。

治安の良い場所にあり、地下鉄の駅も近いため過ごしやすいです スタッフも明るく、非常に良いサービスをしてくれます！

酒店是2012年修的好像，房間裏面沒有什麼，相對比較老舊，但是説是富人區，流浪漢各種情況相對好。逛街很近，他們説的奢侈品店可能跟我們想象的有差距。服務態度各種還是不錯的
