무아(Muffin Hostel)

Great stay! €16 taxi 4 ppl from train. Very Clean. Helpful staff. Patio to eat outside. Free coffee. We arrived 1st week of their opening for summer. Lemonade/cupcakes upon checkin;) Nice shady neighborhood for a ( hilly) run through the park. Best is it is less than 5 minute walk to local GIANT outdoor pools. Freibad Leopoldskron. 15 min walk to Alt stadt.

Please don't trust this place They told me on the phone that my booking was not confirmed I spend the night with a 3 year old child at the train station The next day I saw that my credit card was charged When booking .com contacted them they still refused to refund the money

They sold a room on *********** that did not match the reservation or the picture linked to the reservation on ***********. The receptionist kept on saying "But you booked a room in a dorm". Sorry, but that is not an excuse for poor customer service, unflexibility and being rude. Had to find another place to stay late at night. Of course they took the money from my account with a huge smile,

We were 2 people staying for 2 nights in a 4 bed room. It cost to us 66€,includong city tax which is 1.5€/person/night. Arriving with car wasn't a problem, there's free arming right in front of the hostel. It's around 25min from old Town. The room had beds, closets, table and 2 chairs. It's possible to do the laundry in the basement for 2€,but you can pay only by 50cent coins and the "drying room" for hanging clothes had super high humidity and your clothes won't dry even in 2 days there. There's a kitchen on the second floor, but it seemed too small for the building, because it has a table with 4 chairs. You can store your food in the fridge with the label. Nice place to sit in the garden, but in the rainy weather the hostel really lacks a common room, to get to know other travelers and just chill

Wir waren hier 3 Tage und jede Stunde, die wir hier waren wurden wir von der Rezeption bewacht. Sobald wir die Fenster geöffnet haben oder irgendwas gegen die Richtlinien gemacht haben, kam die Rezeption. Es ist ja ok das sie Richtlinien haben aber so schnell wie die Rezeption kam, müssen Überwachungskameras da sein. Vorallem der Rezeptionist mit der Glatze kam 10 mal am Tag. Es tut mir leid, Sicherheit finde ich gut, ich bin Vater von 3 Kindern aber die Pberwachung hat mehr mit China als mit Sicherheit zu tun. Meine Frau hat sich nach 2 Tagen nicht mehr getraut umzuziehen. Und das in Österreich. Wenn ihr damit kein Problem habt und ihr euch damit wohlfühlen könnt lohnt sich der günstige Preise. Ansonsten zieht woanders hin. Dort, wo ihr auch eure Privatsphäre habt.

Das Einchecken ins Hostel dauert jedes Mal viel zu lange, da man lange warten muss. Eine Person an der Reception ist einfach zu wenig, bei einem grossen Andrang. Ansonsten ist das Hostel top.
