매우 편안한 호텔은 매우 마음에 듭니다. 매우 편리합니다. 호텔에는 바 할인도 있습니다. 서비스는 매우 좋고 시설은 매우 완벽합니다. 다시오고 싶습니다. 와인은 맛있습니다.

This is a nice, good hotel without being stunning. It's in a nice location by the river and only a short walk to the Cathedral and the surrounding Close. The older part of the hotel is a charming old pub and then there's a big extension at the back. My wife and I had a room in the extension and we had no complaints. The room was quiet and a decent size. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The staff were nice, friendly and competent. The weakest point was the breakfast which was average. When I say average, I mean just that. Not bad, not brilliant, just average. I'm not giving the hotel five stars because nothing 'blew me away.' It's a nice hotel, I might stay there again, but it's not one of the five best hotels I've ever stayed in.

A beautiful hotel, super comfortable beds, large room, amazing shower! The room was equipped with everything we needed. All the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed. The food was incredible and the drinks were reasonably priced. Perfect location- just a few minutes walk to the bars, shops and cathedral. We had a very luxurious stay & would love to visit again!

Quite how this property has gained 5 stars is inexplicable. I can only think that the owners wrote the reviews themselves. I understand that the hotel has changed hands recently. We booked with the original proprietors and were not informed of the change before arrival. We were told that breakfast would be served in a separate establishment, Hettie Bells, located nearby. They neglected to tell us that this is a grubby pub and that the breakfast area is little more than a station cafe serving limited and unappealing fare! The room itself was fine though small and very noisy. Earplugs were left in the room for use by guests! The carpet was stained. The entrance to the room was via a dirty, smelly hallway which was extremely off putting on arrival. This was altogether an experience I do not wish to repeat.
