挺不錯的酒店，很棒，服務很好

交通不便，房間不隔音。

Our first room was disgusting. Hair in bath, dirty toilet, hairs, dirt and a toenail on the floor. Stains on bed. Basically it hadn't been cleaned and thing's were falling apart because of a lack of upkeep. Staff were friendly when confronted with the mess and they quickly put us in a new room. Unfortunately that was dirty too, but not as bad so they gave it a good clean. We hoped that was it until I got to the spa. Wow what a joke! It literally in disrepair! It's actually a health and safety hazard! Emergency electric buttons hanging off walls, wallpaper peeling off, sharp little tiles in the steam room all over the floor, the tiles were falling off as I was sitting there! Dirt everywhere. The dirty falling apart hotel and spa it our new name for it now! You can't charge hundreds of pounds for a room and call yourself 5 star. I will be contacting the Jersey rating people as well. We complained again and wrote a letter to the hotel giving them the opportunity to somehow make things right but the managers had left already (it was only 5pm) and the girl at the desk was unable to offer anything but apologies! We may have stayed if they offered some sort of discount! I did have a massage which was nice and the lady was lovely but that's the only positive unfortunately.

Staff and team are friendly. Parking available for 25 cars, never an issue and always space available. Breakfast was excellent and hot food cooked to order. Spa facilities are nice touch but on the basic standard side for a spa although nice to use, indoor pool was a nice temperature, too cold to try the outdoor unheated pool. Room was quiet but unfortunately overlooked the graveyard, if had known this would have preferred overlooking the card park. Pillows were very bad, limp soft and only one per person. Enquired about extra pillows and firm ones too but kept being told they were in use by other guests. Air conditioning was good. Bathroom sink was very low down (it was not a disabled room), took a while to work out how to get the shower head working. Despite all this, good location and minutes from the city centre, would still stay here again.

One word Excellent ... From the Double deluxe room was perfect .. plenty space .. everything you need .. ours was overlooking the car park which was ideal .. quieter . Rooms were immaculate everyday .. The Breakfast was the best I've ever had .. from the amazing choice .. the service was second to none .. the staff were so polite and always with a smile The spa .. well I could've stayed there the whole day the pool was so warm it was the so relaxing .. once again immaculate and plenty choice if required To end .. the location is perfect everything in walking distance in St Helier .. to finish I'll say the most amazing staff from the reception , housekeeping , restaurant, spa .. nothing was a problem .. took the time out to chat and always with a smile .. I'll give this place 10 out of 10 Should have a 5 rating .. can't wait to return .. Thank you

On arrival we were met with a very friendly welcome & a nice glass of fizz. The level of hospitality & friendliness of the staff continued for the duration of our stay. Breakfast offered a continental and freshly cooked to order menu. The spa included a good size indoor swimming pool. The rooms were a good size & perfectly clean. Despite the convenient location & list of locally recommended restaurants we choose to eat in the bar each night. The food and cocktails were fabulous with great service. We had a lovely afternoon tea one day. Highly recommend this lovely relaxing hotel where the staff cannot do enough for you.

I made a fully flexible reservation last week for dates in June. The stay cost is over £1,700 and I received an email confirmation. Unfortunately we cannot travel due to a change in circumstances, so I emailed back to cancel, asking for a confirmation so I have the cancellation on record. No response. So I sent another email asking for a reply to my first email. No response. So now I will have to go to the expense of sending a recorded delivery letter, just so I am covered that I have cancelled and won’t be charged. If this is the level of service they provide when all you need is a reply to an email you’ve sent to the address they give to be contacted at, I can’t imagine how bad it gets if you actually stayed there.

First stay at the Club Hotel and Spa, definitely won’t be the last. Would recommend the Club Hotel to anyone wishing a relaxing and quality break. It’s Michelin starred restaurant Bohemia reflects the excellence and standards of the whole establishment.
