The condo is a 1 level corner unit, on the top floor with elevator access. The condo itself does not have neighbors above it and there are no stairs in the unit. It’s centrally located and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, activities, and a short drive away from downtown St. Augustine.The spaceThe KitchenThe condo has an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters and shaker cabinets. It is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, serveware, drip coffee maker, and keurig. We provide some keurig pods, cream, and sugar to start off your stay.The bedrooms There's a master bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds. All the bedrooms have their pillow cases, sheets, and covers refreshed for each stay.The BathroomsThere are 2 bathrooms which have been updated with white cabinets, tiled showers and tiled floors. This is where you will find the full size washer and dryer.
