아그라 루프탑 수영장 호텔

'Ik heb twee dagen verbleven in de golden tulp van Agra. Bij binnenkomst zijn we netjes ontvangen, we hebben de wifi code gekregen en informatie over de faciliteiten van het hotel. Vervolgens zijn we naar onze kamer gebracht. De kamer is schoon, bedden zijn opgemaakt en er staan twee flesjes met water klaar. Verder is de locatie dichtbij het centrum en toegankelijk met de taxi. Het ontbijt er erg aan te bevelen. Er is een ruime keuze van westers tot Indiaas eten en de kwaliteit ervan is erg hoog. Ten slotte heeft het hotel een bar, zwembad en een spa. Deze zijn ook sterk aan te bevelen. Deze hotel raad ik sterk aan en kom ik zeker terug.'

'모든 게 마음에 들었어요! 위치도 좋고, 객실도 넓고, 에어컨, 온수도 잘 나오고, 타지마할이 보이는 옥상 수영장까지 완벽했어요. 아침 식사도 맛있었고, 종류도 다양하고 과일도 푸짐했어요.'

'Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.'

'Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations! I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price. Highlights: I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away. All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous. The breakfast selection was excellent.'

'Room was not clean and thus we had to ask them for cleaning the room. One thing was literally bad at the time of checkout we asked them to give a glass of water or one bottle at least. They didn’t served us. This is hospitality. It’s kinda average.'

'We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.'
