一般懶得寫評論，但這家店，槽點有點多。 地理位置：離老城有一定距離，步行15min，但旁邊就有大商場，購物吃飯挺方便。 先説優點： 房間挺寬敞的，如圖片所示。 有兩瓶免費礦泉水。 有拖鞋牙刷（需要問前台要）。 再説缺點： 服務： 女前台英語很爛，交流困難。 男前台（兼職bartender）態度不好。 設施： 枕頭巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨爛！ 枕芯感覺是一坨一坨的硬棉花，完全沒法睡覺！ 預訂時明確填寫了3成人➕1小童（9歲）。 checkin完進房間發現沙發床沒有給鋪，但給了一張嬰兒床。 聯繫前台給出的答覆是“他們得到的預訂訊息是group裏有一個小baby”。 即便如此，三個成人睡一張床，是合理的嗎？ 後來給鋪了沙發床，但給的是單人被…… 問前台再要一條被子或換成雙人被，被告知housekeeping已經下班（此時18.00），他們也不知道被子在哪裡…… 想問問能不能late checkout， 前台説查一下預訂，一頓敲擊鍵盤，然後説“sorry，預訂已經滿了” 我這邊隨手查了一把，攜程上顯示同房型明明還有空房…… 在我看來，直接説“no”，比假惺惺的做戲要好一些！ 綜上，下次再來不會選這家美居。

서비스가 훌륭했고, 위치도 매우 좋았습니다. 스파는 다소 작고 붐볐으며, 제가 예약했던 객실 뷰도 다른 객실 창문이 바로 마주 보여 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 조식은 샴페인도 제공되어 정말 훌륭했어요. 전반적으로는 매우 만족스러웠고, 다음에 기회가 된다면 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

リガ駅からは歩いて30分弱、市内中心部からは20分程度の場所で不便ではないです 基本的にスタッフと接しないホテルです 市内中心部にある系列ホテルで荷物は預かってもらえます 手順はメールでお知らせがくるので安心です そのメールにはホテルに入る際のセキュリティコードや鍵の引き取り方法なども含まれます 説明は簡潔でわかりやすく書いてある通りにやれば大丈夫です ちょうど居合わせたスタッフはフレンドリーでドアの鍵を開けてくれたりしてくださりました 他の部屋の扉の開け閉めの音なのか、謎のバタンバタン音がありました 他に泊まっている人がいるのか不思議なくらい静かだったので少し怖かったです それでも部屋は清潔で広く満足です どうもありがとうございました

숙소 찾기가 정말 어려웠어요. 다른 곳들처럼 밖에 간판이 있는 게 아니라서 한 시간 가까이 헤매다가 겨우 맥도날드 건물 사이 작은 문으로 들어가야 한다는 걸 알았네요. 들어가면 비밀번호를 눌러야 열리는 문이 또 있는데, 비밀번호 아는 사람 기다렸다가 같이 들어갔어요. 그리고 엘리베이터 타고 3층으로 올라가면 바로 보이는데, 초인종 누르면 프런트에서 문을 열어줍니다. 모든 객실에 개별 화장실이나 샤워실이 없고, 공용 화장실과 샤워실을 이용해야 해요. 다들 문 들어서자마자 신발을 벗더라고요. 가격은 그렇게 비싸지 않아요. 2박 남녀 혼성 도미토리 예약했는데 400위안도 안 됐고, 아침 식사도 포함이었어요. 제일 안 좋았던 건 제가 알레르기 체질인데, 하룻밤 자면서 벌레에 물려서 잠을 제대로 못 잤어요. 결국 다음 날 밤에는 다른 숙소로 옮겼습니다. 아, 조식은 직접 만들어서 나오는데 괜찮았어요. 선택지는 많지 않지만 집밥 같은 느낌이라 좋았습니다.

오래된 분위기가 물씬 풍기는 성 같은 호텔인데, 그래도 깔끔했어요. 조식은 지하 1층에서 먹었는데 공간이 좀 좁았어요. 위치는 구시가지 바로 옆이라 버스 터미널이랑 공항 가는 22번 버스 정류장이랑 아주 가까웠어요. 걸어서 몇 분 거리에 채소, 과일, 체리, 블루베리, 라즈베리 등을 파는 시장도 있었는데 가격도 비싸지 않아서 좋았어요.

We choose the correct place to stay. Check.in was thru online and it was very smooth. The instructions was clear. The room was super nice, very spacious and very clean. Worth to recommend to my friends.

리가의 아주 멋지고 현대적인 지역에 위치한 아름다운 호텔입니다. 밝고 깨끗한 객실이 마음에 들었습니다. 두 번째 방문인데, 다시 방문할 계획입니다.

The hotel has value for money in the old town area of Riga. Check in was smooth and we were able to get into our room quickly to drop off our bags and get to Arena Riga for an ice hockey game with limited time to get there. The location is very central to the sites of Riga's old town and there are some very good restaurants nearby. There are quite a few convenience stores and souvenir shops nearby but they close fairly early. The hotel has a very interesting feeling to it with exposed brick walls and original/restored wood beams and stairs. We appreciated that it also had an elevator to get to the top floor we stayed on. We booked the twin room and had a pleasant stay and the room was quiet enough to get a good night's rest despite the bars nearby. The beds were comfy but the pillows were a little thin. The room had a fully stocked mini bar with decent prices which would help if we got desperate for drinks. There was a large wardrobe and a small work desk in the room too. There were also plugs conveniently placed around the room so we could get all our devices charged. The bathroom was quite large and we appreciated the hot shower and towel warmer. They provide handsoap and a body/hair gel for the shower. The rooms have air conditioning and the windows open to help with the stuffiness. The twin rooms have a slanted ceiling so my short wife had the bed on the slanted side and had no issues. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the variety of food brought out both mornings. They had hot items which changed a bit each day and included an egg omelette, bacon, potatoes, a Latvian pancake and sausages. There was a good spread of cold items too and we are sure a vegetarian would be satisfied with the offerings of vegetables, cheeses, devilled eggs and fruit. The coffee machine made a very good hot chocolate and they also provided juice and water with breakfast. There is a bar behind the check in counter that is open to hotel guests and a nice seating area in the lobby too if you're looking for something more later. There is a sauna at the hotel but we weren't sure if it was open during our stay or what time it did open because there were no hours posted and we didn't get a chance to ask the staff. There is very limited free parking near the hotel and it seemed like the same local parked in front of the hotel each day. We would recommend taking the bus from the airport if you have the time but if you're in a hurry Bolt is pretty affordable in Riga to get around. There are car rentals north of the hotel and Bolt works in old town to book electric scooters and cars which was pretty convenient during our visit in Riga.
