An extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . . Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available. The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was. Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.

리가의 아주 멋지고 현대적인 지역에 위치한 아름다운 호텔입니다. 밝고 깨끗한 객실이 마음에 들었습니다. 두 번째 방문인데, 다시 방문할 계획입니다.

Sijainti hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä esim vanhasta kaupungista. Viereisistä huoneista kuuluu äänet selkeästi ja vesi tulee suihkussa todella matalalla paineella. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, ravintolassa hyvät ruoat.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms were large and spotlessly clean, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and the location was ideal for city exploration. The amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay, Ms Inga and Madam Agneta are the best receptionists that I have ever seen in life, thank you!

I stayed in this hotel during 3 or 4 my visits to Riga. Everything is great and price is always very affordable. Good location, you are close to everything. Great gym I really have one issue - swimming pool and spa will be free only if you book superior room or higher level. It will be better to mention this before booking but not during checking the spa

사랑스러운 호텔, 깨끗하고 오프로드 주차. 친절한 직원. 방에 커피 주머니를 요청했지만 두 번 보내겠다고 약속한 후에는 도착하지 않았습니다. 저녁 식사는 끔찍했고 메뉴는 제공되는 것에 대해 명확하지 않았습니다. 뷔페 아침 식사, 많은 선택.

서비스는 좋습니다. 직원은 내 문제와 질문에 신속하게 응답할 수 있습니다. 장비가 청소되지 않거나 고장나지 않습니다. 예를 들어, 침대 시트에 자국이 있는 동안 미니 냉장고가 고장났습니다. 또한 샴푸 병은 비어 있습니다.
