the hotel is a chain of Kempinksi but the personnel is the most awful I have ever seen in my life. they could not fix any of the simple requests.

Definitely among the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Every single thing is just the best!

Can’t fault it, stayed in many hotels in Riga and this is by far the best. If your budget allows I highly recommend it.

Very nice and spacious rooms, hotel staff are constantly tidying up your rooms, providing chocolates and water. The main issue I encountered in this hotel was that their WiFi wasn’t stable, and I wasn’t able to have my online meetings properly. Tried switching to my own mobile data but network was bad too in the rooms.

Nice standard room. Service was great. Serves breakfast with Asian style.

Good place
