Great breakfast ~ Location wasn’t bad Parking available but not directly linked to front entrance.

Enjoyed a three night stay at this hotel in March 2024. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me by answering all my questions. Quick and smooth check-in process. Room was spacious and clean (cleanliness is key!). Didn’t manage to eat breakfast as I was either out early on trips, or had to catch an early flight. The hotel is located on the other side of Daugava River away from city centre, but still close enough to walk, or a short ride with Bolt or taxi to The Old Town.

On first impressions we were quite impressed with the hotel, clean and well presented but went rapidly down hill from there. Beds are rock solid. Rooms aren’t refreshed daily. Rooms are boiling with little to no control over the thermostat. Bar staff have been extremely rude. Border line arrogant! Wait time on pizza at the restaurant was 1 hour and 50 minutes one night. Breakfast is mediocre at best. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here and won’t be returning myself.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is absolutely amazing value for money. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is superb, and the decaf coffee was a very big bonus as one of us only drinks decaf. Also being able to take it away is great! The only minus for us was the temperature of the water in the shower - it changed on its own, so sometimes it got really hot or cold. Trying to regulate the temperature didn't really work.

Very good experience with my family for Sunday evening/night after a travel in Baltic region. Great services and good experience at the restaurant too. Recommend this great experience on a very good price level too.

everything was pretty good, but shower did not work properly. we did like the bed, sleep was really good! also we enjoyed the view from 8th floor. i definitely would like to recommend this hotel for others and also will visit it again when will be in Latvia.

Radisson great quality in a hotel 15-20-min walk from the Riga centre; spacy and clean room with romantic great view to old town. Great and helpful staff. Clean bathroom. Very nice and silent place to get a rest.

You can go with 1 kid, but not with 2 kids if one of them is more than 3 years old. Its impossible to solve problem not sleeping with kids in one bed. You get one sofa just for bigger kid and small size crib for baby where older kid than 3 years barely can squizze in. First and last time here.

The stay was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing- maybe you could put out some information in the room about snack bar downstairs and restaurant & bar. Otherwise a little bit inconvenient to look it up online.

Having a platinum level in Radisson Rewards and staying at hotels of this chain worldwide from Colombia (sad that America has now separated) to Senegal, I know the standards of the network, and I can say that this hotel surpasses the level of Park Inn (last summer, I stayed at Radisson Elizabet Riga - it loses to Park Inn Valdemara). Excellent breakfast - in two weeks (since November 24th), I haven't tried everything yet. Wonderful housekeeping, no problems with heating or the shower, and a very good location - right in front of the old town across the bridge. I will definitely come here regularly and recommend it to everyone."

The building is clean and simple. Breakfast had many options and lots of shopping not too far away.

We organized a conference, there were more than 35 people, 2 nights and 3 days. We rented a room on the 0 floor. The heating is off and has not been turned on until they have already been strongly told about it. The toilet is running completely cold water without the possibility of adjustment - my hands were freezing! On the 1st floor, where breakfast and dinners were organized, the heating was also not turned on!!! It was cold from the glass windows, the staff worked in hoodies and insisted that it was always the same and couldn't be made warmer. I had to talk seriously with the administration, it got warmer everywhere on the last day... I was upset by the lack of staff at breakfast/lunch and dinner... 1 waiter for the whole room is not unambiguous enough to make it comfortable and not sit among the used dishes at the table...

Great property just across bridge from old town. Nice quiet neighborhood. Used the gym. Parking behind the hotel was easy in and out and inexpensive. Gabriella at the front desk was amazing. She helped me check in a bit early and made sure I knew just where to go for my tour and gave me dinner reservations. Very pleasant and polite.
