Lovely stay…close to bus stop 12 which was great to get around. Walkable to the city centre, great places near by.

Loved this property. We stayed 2 adults and 2 kids for 4 nights and fitted comfortably. The kitchenette and bathroom were perfect for us. The only reason I scored cleanliness a bit lower was the because the fitted sheet on the sofa bed was clean but had two small stains and the smell of food was present when we checked in. Once we opened the balcony door and the front door to let it ventilate it was better. There is a slight smell of rotten eggs from the sulphur of the water in the bathroom but that's normal in Iceland especially when you go to visit the Geysirs. It's part of the charm and super tolerable! There's a Bonus supermarket at walking distance and could easily find parking on the street. We would definitely book this property again. Communication with administrators was great via email. There's a video that explains how to open the door which I highly recommend everyone watch. My kids loved the projector tv that comes down from the ceiling and could watch Netflix. If you are renting a car and don't want to be in the middle of Reykavik but close by, I highly recommend this place,

Fantastic apar**ent with everything to make your stay comfortable. Had such a wonderful time in Reykjavík and this apar**ent being to close to the centre was perfect as so much to see and do! Only thing I’d say is being such a modern apar**ent there aren’t any USB sockets and we’ve just stayed whilst there’s a lot of snow so a small fold up airer would have been useful to dry the wet clothes. Other than that can’t fault it and we will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at B18 apar**ents. Lovely modern building, safe and clean. Parking outside and close to city centre, so very convenient. The balcony was a nice surprise. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend. Only feedback I would give is that the smell of food in hallway was a little too strong and the kitchen fridge and utensils could have been more cleaner. Other than that everything was great.

The property was very good with communications and I received early instructions and a video to use the access codes on the doors. This was helpful as I’ve not used the electronic keypad system before. I immediately noticed the room was clean and had more than was needed for a base. There is a fridge, kettle, plates, bowls and cutlery - everything needed to cook a meal, which is very handy if you need to save by not eating out as much. The building is only two minutes away from the budget friendly store in the city, walking out of the entrance and turning left and left again. Bonus is on your right. And any questions I had were answered very quickly. The apar**ent was good value.

Amazing apar**ent, kitchenette is well equipped with utensils, coffee machine, pans and pots, very comfortable bed, can’t say one bad word. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower is very comfortable, and super clean. Smart TV is great addition, you can watch streaming videos, once you’re back from town. Great location, within walking distance to downtown, bakery, grocery store, bus stop. Absolute gem and will definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was bigger than we thought. Very clean. Few things missing like a few tea bags and some sugar for the first night, instructions on how the oven and senseo machine work. Nice and close to shop, sea front and bus stops. Upstairs neighbours were extremely noisy on friday and Monday night. Husband liked the projector.
