호텔 포튜나 로이틀링겐 후기

호텔은 매우 좋습니다. 창문 밖에는 녹지 공간이 있고, 창문을 닫으면 소음이 거의 들리지 않습니다. 여전히 문을 열려면 열쇠가 필요합니다. 객실이 많지 않습니다. 아침 식사 종류는 많지 않으며 대부분 차가운 요리입니다.

몇 년 전 출장으로 이곳에 묵었는데 매우 편리했습니다. 전염병 이후에도 같은 호텔이고 같은 느낌이었습니다.

오래된 호텔이지만 여전히 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 훌륭한 사우나 공간

Ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Dusche, kann man aus irgendwelchen Gründen nur auf ganz kalt oder ganz heiß stellen, haben wir zumindest nicht hinbekommen. Lage war für uns super, da wir auf einer Hochzeit in der Nähe waren und nach einem nahegelegenen Hotel gesucht haben, Autofahrt war 5 Minuten von der Hochzeit.

An einer Veranstaltung in der Nähe teilgenommen. Für uns war das Hotel absolut in Ordnung, auch wenn es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

이번 주말에 중요한 대회가 있어서 우리는 개들과 함께 그곳에 있었습니다. 안타깝게도 밤에 테크노 파티가 열렸는데, 이로 인해 새벽 4시 30분까지 극심한 소음이 발생했습니다. 이에 대해 사전에 통보받지 못하여 대안이 없었습니다. 우리는 평화롭고 조용한 시간을 보내기 위해 뒤쪽에 창문이 있는 방을 예약했지만 그날 밤은 재앙이었습니다. 안타깝게도 체크인할 때 이미 비용을 지불했는데 환불을 받지 못했습니다. "비즈니스 호텔"에서는 이것을 기대해야 합니다.

나이트 포터는 유난히 무례했습니다. 그는 우리에게 여러 번 욕설을 퍼부었고, 참을성이 없는 우리에게 짜증을 내는 것 같았습니다. 방은 괜찮았고, 카펫이 조금 더러웠고 방이 너무 따뜻했습니다. 체육관의 일부 장비는 작동하지 않지만 스파는 좋아 보였습니다.

The Hotel states 4 stars. Definitely not 4 stars. No aircon in the room only a little fan. Due to extreme heat I had to have the window open. My room was directly under the outdoor seating area from the restaurant meaning I had to endure extreme loud noises from some very loud party guest extremely late in the night , on Thursday I couldn’t take it anymore and I put a complaint in at reception in the middle of the night. I don’t see how it’s allowed to be that loud after a certain time in the night. The room is dirty. The pillows with feathers stink and need changing for good. The toilet brush is full with dirty water standing in the toilet brush container , absolutely disgusting and gross. The bin in the room has never been wiped from the inside and how you can see on the pictures it’s stained with hairs and some other disgusting stuff. Please don’t advertise 4 stars. 4 stars means something different then this place. The outside entrance is untidily and unkept with cigarette buds on the floor extremely uninviting .I must say that the staff in the restaurant is friendly and the restaurant serves good food. Would I stay there again ? Definitely not under no circumstance. It’s manky , outdated and just not worth the money considering you can go in to Reutlingen and find something far more better for the money close to the city centre.

I was told upon arriving at 2pm that I could access the sauna facilities later that evening at midnight. Upon speaking to the night shift receptionist, I was rudely informed that I couldn’t use the sauna and it really wasn’t his problem either way. Quite frankly I wouldn’t stay here again.

Ein ordentliches Hotel, schönes Zimmer, gutes Bett, gutes Badezimmer, nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Unser Zimmer lag gegenüber der benachbarten Schnellstraße, da konnte man das Fenster nachts nicht auflassen (zu laut). Da das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte, ist es im Sommer vermutlich entweder zu laut oder zu heiß. Ansonsten war alles bestens. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze, zur Innenstadt Reutlingen sind es etwa 5 km bzw. 5-10 min mit dem Auto. Der Preis für das Zimmer war sehr angemessen.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 100 m von dem Anfang der Reutlinger Innenstadt entfernt, eigentlich nur einmal über die Straße. Schöne Zimmer, sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und umfangreich. Personal sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für 12 Euro pro Tag unter dem Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher sehr gerne wieder.

E Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, 80er Jahre Bad inkl. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang Kühlschrank der Minibar defekt, viel zu warme Bettdecke usw. Dafür 94,- Euro passt überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen was man an allen Ecken sieht. Die Nacht ging nur bei voll geöffneten Fenstern, dafür wird man dann morgens durch den Lärm wach.
