Positives: - comfortable bed - good parking in garage - friendy reseption - good aircondition - nice and clean rooms Negatives: - restaurant was expensive and not good. If the food was good I wouldnt mind the price. No flavour, dry and really a let down. Didnt have breakfast so wouldt know it that was good. All in all a good hotel, but will not eat at the restaurant again if we stay there again.

Wat wij misten, geen badjassen(voor suite?) en keukentje met 2 pitten maar geen pan of iets dergelijks en geheel geen bestek. Beetje jammer voor een ruime fijne suite. Geen extra kussens, Nederlanders slapen niet graag op deze slappe dingen. Verder waren er veel zaken op het diner menu niet te verkrijgen, jammer.

We booked our 1 night stay for Christmas 2023, a few days earlier. It took 3 times to confirm the reservation online since their webpage was crashing. We chose an option to pay upon arrival and were charged only €0.01 reservation fee. A day before our arrival we received an email stating that our card couldn't be charged for the full amount and that we have until noon to send the correct card details or we will lose our booking. After explaining that we were given and chose the option to pay upon arrival, they said it's okay then. We received 2 emails about the reception working hours on Christmas, first that it's until 17h, then until 15h. As we arrived later, we needed to self check-in and pay at the machine, which went fine. However, the room we were given was not cleaned after the previous guest (the bed was not made, the dirty towels were on the floor). The on-call staff member immediately gave us another room. The room was very small and basic but clean (the 2nd one). The bed was quite small (French bed) but comfortable. The room was extremely basic equipped, not even a cup for the tooth brushes or a trash bin in the room itself. No closet, just a few open hangers. But the worst part was that there were strange sounds during the night in the room/building, like banging in the pipes or something. We didn't have any appliances on (e.g. AC/heating, light) so we don't know what these sounds were but they were very disturbing, keeping us up the whole night. The next morning we heard another guest complaining about it as well. The breakfast was good, a variety of bread, sausages and cheese, 3 types of jams, a chocolate spread, boiled eggs, 2 types of juice, coffee and cocoa from the machine, tea, sweet pastry, yoghurt, etc. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, although only the boiled egg was a warm option. The staff was friendly. The location is great, close to the highway, the bus stop is in front which takes you to the old town in 20 min, buses on Christmas went every 20 min until 20h (and until 22h from the city back to the hotel stop). The daily ticket for 1 person was €3. However, not much to do in the city on Christmas, even the Christmas market was closed. Overall we were satisfied for the 1 night passing by, but wouldn't book it for longer given the bad organisation with the cleaning of the rooms, the weird sounds in the building construction, as well as extremely basic rooms.

Regensburg에서 스위트를 찾는 것은 어려웠지만 열정 (또는 마로트)은 살아야합니다. ... 여기에서 우리는 발견되었고 어떻게! ”프레지던트 스위트”에는 돔을 직접 볼 수있는 추가 좌석이있는 객실 또는 회의실이 포함되었습니다. 별도의 두 번째 화장실, 캐비닛의 많은 방.- 빠른 리셉션, 모든 것이 복잡하지 않습니다. 호텔 전체의 리프트 (?)도 외부에서 장애인에게 접근 할 수 있습니다. 좋은 청결, 여기와 거기는 이미 오래된 냄새가납니다. 침대 트랙은 카드로만 사용할 수 있습니다. 4-Sterne-Hauses의 모든 시설이 제공되었습니다. 호텔은 시장에 직접 있기 때문에 시끄러운 소리를 내기도합니다. 돔은 오후 7시에 먼저 들립니다. ... 친절한 직원, 신중하고 친절합니다. 불행히도 명확한 것은 충분한 제안으로 ”가스트가 돌아오지 않는다”고 보이는 아침 식사이지만 오히려 전통적이거나 산업적이다. 빵은 공예 빵집에서 나온 것이 아니며 무엇이든 맛이 없다고 생각합니다. 커피는 에스프레소 머신에서 픽업됩니다. 부드러운 요리 계란 (좋은 서비스 품질 테스트)에 대한 욕망은 친절하고 신속하게 구현되었습니다. 아침 식사 공간은 40 년 전처럼 보이지만 야외 공간에 접근 할 수 있습니다. 시끄러 우며 모든 것이 편안하지 않습니다. 아마도 그렇게해야합니다. 호텔은 몇 년 동안 다소 왔지만 코로나와 이제는 높은 비용과 인플레이션 후에는 이해해야합니다. 집은 밝지 않습니다. 미니 바가 비어 있습니다. 인터넷은 항상 다른 사진을 제공했지만 좌석의 TV처럼 작동하지 않았습니다. 워터 쿡기와 에스프레소 기계가 있습니다. 호텔은 주요 기차역과 버스 정류장에서 도보로 약 15 분 거리에 있으며 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 딸들이 작은 더블룸에 만족해 하셨습니다. 저희는 다시는 안오겠지만, 직원들이 정말 가치가 있었습니다. 감사합니다!

The hotel is on the river island and away from the noise. Rooms are spacious, beds wide and good. All is clean. The Danube is flowing practically under your window. Parking is available. Two minutes away are several restaurants and on the other side of the old stone bridge is the Old Town. this is a central hotel but without the noise and crowds. The personnel is very professional (Livius, but also others) and honest: I had forgotten important items in the hotel, and they were returned untouched.

우리는 정오에 도착했고 우리 방을 곧장 가질 수있었습니다. 우리는 접수 원으로부터 친절한 환영을 받았습니다. 방은 작지만 깨끗하고 현대적이었습니다. 우리는 3 박 동안 머물렀고 옷장과 서랍 공간이 거의 없었습니다. 우리는 편안했고 에어컨은 보너스였습니다. 우리가 위치를 좋아했던 것은 구시 가지로 짧은 도보 거리였습니다. 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 넓은 뷔페 스타일이었습니다. 나는 직원들에게 그들이 모두 가져 갔기 때문에 더 많은 크로와상이 있는지 물었을 때 특히 감동을 받았고 실제로 더 많은 것을 사기 위해 길을 가로 질러갔습니다! 이제 훌륭한 고객 서비스를 부르는 것입니다. Regensberg는 방문하기 좋은 곳이며 호텔은 그것을 잘 보완했습니다.

You better pay cash only here, unless you may get charged without any notification. The guests have to pay here at arrival. It is not a friendly move, but to charge the guest’s credit card after paying the room, without any notification that shows they still have to learn much about hotel management. Even the receptionist had no clue why they charged me 100 euro extra. We forwarded to the manager my email notification about the charge and the next day replied that my colleague’s invoice was charged to my card. It was another struggle to get the receipt for it. The breakfast was a little below average. There is a low variety of cold food and no warm food except hard boiled eggs.

The rooms are what you would expect from an IBIS. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom, which smelled of urine. Visually it appeared clean. The rest of the room was clean. They have a very nice bar and a nice sitting area, which is open all night. We had trouble finding the parking, so I would suggest asking for directions before you get there (we had to run in and ask after circling numerous times). You have to put another street address into the navigator to find it, but once you have this it is easy to find. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the old town, but it is an easy walk. I think that this hotel is great value for money.
