'The hotel is located in such a way that mama vishnavi mountain you can see from your hotel. The hotel management and crew behaviour and service is so humble. The food is so delicious. Hotel room is very neat and clean. Overall super experience.'

'Good property with very good staff who is always eager to help. The food preparation is great and clean and tidy rooms. Few exceptional staff i encountered 1. Happy and yudhvir are awesome chauffeurs and make you feel like home. 2. Chef ankit and staff ganesh and tamanna are great in the cafe. Also happy to help and serve hot and tasty food. 3 the manager gaurav and front desk staff komal and kavya really helped us throughout the stay. I requested a late checkout as my transportation back home was delayed, they were happy to accommodate 4 sujeet in the spa worked wonders which this technique. Highly recommend for a family stay.'

2024년도에 리모델링한 K C Residency Katra 객실은 카트라 여행객과 비즈니스 출장객 모두가 편안하게 머물 수 있는 공간을 제공합니다. MCTM Udhampur에서 약 43km 정도 거리에 있고, 잠무공항에서는 약 49km 정도 거리에 있어 여행하기 편리합니다. Katra Shivkhori Jammu Patnitop Taxi, 카트라 스테이션 공원, Tarakote marg new track starting point 등 유명 관광지들이 모두 근처에 있어, 알찬 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 호텔의 다양한 시설을 이용하여 여가시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 호텔은 편리한 주차 공간을 운영합니다.

'훌륭한 위치와 서비스 - 매우 세심하고 반응이 빠르며 지원하는 직원. 음식은 거의 수용 가능했습니다(ok-ish/so-so). 그러나 호텔이 매우 피곤하고 쇠퇴하는 것처럼 보이고 전반적인 경험은 그렇게 좋지 않았습니다. 가구와 분위기는 매우 초라했습니다. 침대와 침구를 즉시 교체해야 합니다(아마도 20년이 넘었고, 보여주거나 냄새가 납니다!). 전체 장소는 Radisson 표준을 충족시키기 위해 수리와 성형 수리가 필요합니다. 그때까지 기껏해야 2 또는 3-star 호텔입니다. 4-star과 5-star에 가까운 것은 없습니다.'

리리뷰어The location is in between railay station and katra bus stand (200 meter from the main road; accessible through auto. The food was above average, timely delivery and quality was also decent. One opportunity area is, 50% items of menu were unavailable like tandur and chinese. The staff was polite and branded appliances are installed; though tv cable operator issue may interrupt the services.
