酒店位置很好，泊車位置寬敞。房間乾淨和很大。環境非常不錯，距離土耳其階梯非常近，步行15分鐘內。前台員工很友善。

Прекрасный отель, советую номера класса делюкс. Находится в тихом и уютном месте. Вкусные завтраки. На территории находится бассейн. Стоит взять автотранспортное средство.

Ottima posizione direttamente affacciato sulla spiaggia della scala dei turchi . Camera matrimoniale spaziosa e pulita. Cordiali tutto lo staff, il giorno del nostro check out sono stati gentili a farci lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel e utilizzare anche la piscina. La colazione scadente per un 4 stelle

CONS 부실한 객실 관리 - 호텔 객실 천장의 등커버 에 날벌레 사체가 잔뜩 있어서 청결하지 않음/ 1층은 캐리어를 끌고 경사 진 아래 공간으로 옮겨야 해서 불편함 / 조식에 채소 없음 (상추/ 토마토/ 오이 모두 없음 전반적으로 4 Star Resort 아님/ 객실이 너무 관리/ 정비 청소 안됨/ 객실 wifi 처음 연결 안되서 일단 Reception area에서 wifi 연결한 후 객실로 이동해야 객실에서 wifi 이용 가능 PROS 친절한 Staff Manager 있음/ 캐리어 운반 Staff가 도와줌/ wifi 속력 빠른 편

Stayed here for one night as part of a tour group . The photos on the website look fabulous. The reality is not quite as expected. We had a ground floor apartment. There is a huge entrance area with a table ,chairs & sideboard. A short passageway to the bathroom & bedroom. Beds really hard ( as every bed had been on our trip ) , a walk in shower had been requested , this was ok but had a curtain , it was a small area so it kept sticking to you . Not much power in the shower either. The swimming pool smelt so strongly of chlorine we couldn’t use it as our eyes were sore without even going into the water. Dinner was a set menu , sadly with no choice of dishes . Breakfast was an average continental choice . We had a drink on the terrace, this overlooked the sea , which was nice . There looked to be steps down to the beach but we arrived late & left early , so no time for exploring. This wouldn’t be a location we would return to but maybe independent travellers may fare better than a tour group

Arrived on a Sunday at 1.00 p.m. No bar, no food available. However room was ready but nothing in mini bar to eat. Bar didn't open until 3.00 p.m. Only serves drinks, crisps and ice creams. Restaurant didn't open until 7.30p.m. Lunch not available any day at resort. Room alright and bed comfortable. Hot water supply very erratic. Bathroom fittings not great. Had to ask for kettle, mugs and spoons to make coffees/teas. Housekeeping team good and cheerful. Breakfast deadly, totally lacking in imagination. Resort restaurant served good food but wonder when the menu was last reviewed/changed. Waiting staff warm and friendly in the main. Pool area good and pool itself not heated but in the hot weather that was not a problem. Adequate sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas. Excellent beach close by resort. A car is a must as places to eat in immediate vicinity of resort scarce. Also one will be needed to explore and there's lots to do and see. Key thing to know is that Sicily is the biggest island in the Mediterranean ( about the same size as Wales) so getting across to say Siracusa or Taormina is a three hour drive there and then back

Abbiamo trascorso qui qualche giorno durante la nostra permanenza in Sicilia. Posizione davvero comodissima per raggiungere la scala dei turchi, a due passi dalla scaletta che porta alla spiaggia. Molto bella anche la piscina, l’abbiamo sfruttata molto durante le ore più calde in cui abbiamo preferito non restare in spiaggia. Molto molto deludente la colazione, i prodotti serviti erano veramente di bassa qualità per un 4 stelle! Peccato. Inoltre, il prezzo pagato per le due notti trascorse qui è stato un po’ elevato.

Bella struttura in posizione panoramica, a due passi dalla Scala dei Turchi che, francamente, non ho trovato tale da suscitare entusiasmi. Camere spaziose e pulite, area verde e piscina ben tenute, personale della reception cortese e disponibile. Unico neo da segnalare la TV troppo piccola.

Location veramente piacevole che si affaccia sulla meravigliosa spiaggia della Scala dei Turchi. Posto tranquillo per relax. Ottima posizione. Personale attento, gentile e disponibile. Pulizia della stanza impeccabile. Menù vario e qualità discreta.

Il Scala dei Turchi Residence è un hotel molto carino, perfettamente situato vicino alla famosa Scala dei Turchi. La nostra stanza era pulita e confortevole, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazioni. Abbiamo apprezzato la comodità di poter prendere un taxi/ape direttamente dall'hotel per raggiungere facilmente il lido vicino. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La piscina è un vero tocco in più, perfetta per rilassarsi al sole. Un'ottima scelta per chiunque voglia visitare questa splendida zona!

Posto incantevole. Per accedere alla scala bisogna acquistare on line un pass al costo di 5 euro a persona, informazione purtroppo non molto chiara e appresa una volta arrivati li. Comunque esperienza bellissima. Fondali meravigliosi, acqua cristallina, paesaggio da sogno. Non molto affollata la spiaggia libera malgrado il periodo.
