"Upon arrival, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the hotel and its surroundings. However, our initial excitement soon turned to disappointment. After waiting in the lobby for approximately 45 minutes, Stephon finally appeared to assign our rooms. Shortly after, the manager arrived and brusquely yelled at one of our group members for having his feet on a table, saying, "Get your feet off of there!" She then proceeded to scold us for not waiting to be checked in, despite our tour group of 9 having 5 reserved rooms, and it being well past the 3 pm check-in time. Matters only worsened from there. The nearest town being 45 minutes away, we decided to dine at the hotel restaurant, only to find out they were out of most main courses on the menu. One of our group members ordered food for two—one to be enjoyed there and the other to take to his room—but neither meal was ever delivered. Adding to our frustration, the air conditioning was inoperable in two rooms, and none of the rooms had hot water. To compound the situation further, there were no staff members available from 9 PM until 8 AM. During checkout, the manager maintained her rude demeanor, essentially implying that if we didn't like the experience, we didn't have to return. Our stay was far from the relaxing getaway we had anticipated."

"전화로 4인용 2커플을 아파트 전체로 예약했습니다. 나는 사진이 큰 아파트처럼 보이기 때문에 오해의 소지가 있다고 생각합니다. 일단 여기에 도착하면 농담 ... 아파트 안에 미니 아파트입니다. 들어가면 긴 복도가 있습니다. (오른쪽에서 우리는 공용 주방을 찾고 복도에 다른 방이 있는 공용 욕실을 따라가며 다른 6개의 방에서 가져갔습니다.) 끝에 앞에 더블 침실이 있는 문이 있습니다. sx의 벽은 두 개의 싱글 침대가 머리/머리 위치에 있는 요리 각도, 그리고 욕실. (2 커플과 나는 2 개의 싱글 침대가 있습니다) ... 우리가 복도를 건널 때 부엌에 사람들이 있었고 공용 욕실이있는 다른 방에 있었고 한 방향으로 갈 수 있었기 때문에 프라이버시 제로 물론 방에 도착한 공용 주방에서 나는 요리 냄새는 말할 것도 없고 모두 아파트이고 우리 옷, 다른 것 같은 느낌도 있습니다. 호텔은 매우 편안하고 매우 편안했습니다. 나는 이것을 매우 부인합니다. 모든 것이 제시되었다는 사실에도 불구하고 늦은 시간에 복도에 넣은 파룸 외에는 무시당했기 때문입니다. 주인은 옆이나 위에 살고 있다고 믿으며 우리가 떠날 때 그는 사과하기 위해 살지 않았습니다. 우리는 사면 및/또는 부분 환불을 기대했지만 그는 분명히 손님의 웰빙에 관심이 없었습니다. 좋은 점은 현대적이고 깨끗한 욕실입니다. 우리는 무료로 돌아 오지 않을 것입니다."

"We had a booking on 11 June, tried on multiple occasions to call, WhatsApp and email. Numbers disconnected and ZERO response. We wanted to add another night, but for days could not get in contact with them. We thought that maybe they had closed down so we decided to book alternative accommodation. One week later, still no response and we paid in full and were a no show. They didn’t even contact us to see if we were arriving or to check if everything was ok."

"내 동생은 15년 전에 이 호텔에 있었고 그는 나에게 강력히 조언했습니다. 쉽게 들어갔는데 입구에 직원이 없어서 리셉션이 고려하지 않았습니다. 나는 방에 올라가 직원이없는 편안한 침대를 발견했습니다. 매트리스와 샤워 플레이트로 교체했습니다. 아직 이상하게 서 있는 발코니는 편안하지 않은 죄의 멋진 전망을 제공합니다. 주방은 쥐와 식사, 때때로 빵 조각만 제공합니다. 춤을 추는 유일한 것은 불행히도 나를 놀라게 한 바닥이었습니다. 나를 때리는 것은 물 부족을 보호하기 위해 (100%ecogreen) 였고 일부 개인의 돼지와 소변의 배설물로 가득 차있었습니다. 나는 그것이 바다 근처에 있다는 간단한 사실에 대해 별을 줄 것입니다. #아이러니#perilmeme#no i find you #vivalasicilia P.S: 우리가 직원을 찾은 유일한 것은 통화의 작은 부분이었습니다."
